After trying to use this platform for six months, I found it has so many bugs that Vodien can not fix. They have white labeled the platform and so support is by a third party. When requesting support I was directed to their supplier and told to quote their own account number with the third party supplier. After more than 20 requests for support due to the many software bugs I asked Vodien to test the platform for a user experience once they were told by their supplier it was fixed. Their response was to close the support ticket. So I have asked for a full refund.
Gotta say this is the best support service I have experienced fora very long time. Really excellent! All agents spoken to were courteous, knew what needed to be done and how to do it. Problems quickly resolved. The last agent I spoke to was Cliff.
I felt that I was dealing with someone who knew about the problem. He/She understood the issue and could offer the solution to the problem.I will have to configure the DNS and see if that works, but it is a solution that makes sense.We are trying both Window/Linux server subscriptions from Vodien, and if we can get the system to work the way we want, it will be more business for Vodien.
