For the third time my email and web DOWN!

For the third time my email and web server was down in the last 9 months.Telephone tech support is non-responsive. Still on hold for an hour.Chat support is slow. Probably 1 person chatting with more than 1 customer?Can't take it anymore. Servers/system down for 30 minutes or more. Moving on after contract expires.
