After arriving at 6pm from an early flight then you would expect to be given a fantastic service… NO

After arriving at 6pm from an early flight then you would expect to be given a fantastic service… NOT EVEN IN THE SLIGHTEST!!!
Getting some random WHATSAPP MESSAGE to tell us to go and find our own car in a huge car park IN THE PITCH BLACK.
LET ALONE THE FACT IT HAD DENTS AND PAINT CHIPS AND LOW TYRE PRESSURES WITH BARELY ANY FUEL IN THE TANK.

we drove it 4 times.
Once from the airport, once to the airport. Then to, and from, a beach.
Simple as, didn’t park it anywhere where there was a curb in-front of the bumper.

Somebody now please explain why these scummy pieces of filth are now trying to to say there is damage to the UNDERSIDE of the vehicle… specifically the BUMPER WHICH COULDNT HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE AT ALL.

Taken my deposit of € 1,200.
Saying it’s going to cost € 4,082 in damages overall.

These “men” deserve a slap about…

Avoid at all costs. Don’t even consider.

I can't believe I fell victim to a scam like others have reported.

I can't believe I fell victim to a scam like others have reported. I rented a car from a service for 28 days and returned it 2 days ago. Unfortunately, the experience turned into a nightmare. From day one, the 'deposit' was charged rather than blocked, even though both the booking platform and the rental agreement clearly state it is a deposit. I genuinely didn't realize the money was taken as payment until later. I returned the car exactly as instructed, with no staff present. About 10 hours later, I received a message claiming there were scratches under the car and on the front bumper. They sent a video, but it only shows dirt under the car and something very minor on the bumper. I am absolutely certain we did not damage the vehicle. I've rented cars many times before and have never encountered anything like this. After this incident, I read reviews from others, and it's shocking how many describe the same situation. I have already consulted a lawyer, filed a chargeback with my bank, and submitted complaints to relevant authorities. It's clear to me that this service appears to operate in a fraudulent manner, targeting tourists or renters who are not familiar with their practices. The pattern is always the same. I've rented cars numerous times before and have never faced anything like this.

Significantly delayed and misleading damage claims

The service was an hour late delivering the car. During my rental, there were no accidents or incidents. When I returned the car, there was no one available to assist me. I received a message instructing me to leave the vehicle in the parking area, which I followed. Later, I was contacted about alleged damage to the car. I responded that there were no incidents, but they are not being honest. I requested to inspect the car, but was informed it had been rented out to someone else, making it impossible to view. Now, they are demanding 5,000 for damages that did not occur.

SCAMMERS !!!!!!!!!!!

SCAMMERS!!!!!!Do not use. They will keep your holding deposit that was actually taken. There will be no one to check out the car for previous damage & no one to check it back in. You’ll find the car with the key on the wheel at the back of a dusty car park . When you return it again no one around apart from the car park attendant & transfer van driver who denies anything to do with voyage ., yeh right. Look for my number & message me if you too have lost €1200 for legal proceedings

VOYAGE RENT

I can confirm all reviews and advice to copy my text to make an official complaint in Spain & your countryFormal Complaint – VOYAGE RENT Rental Agreement via ECONOMY Bookings of Vehicle SKODA Kamiq 0949 LSY I submit a formal complaint regarding the rental of vehicle provided by VOYAGE, booked via ECONOMY BOOKINGS from 26/12/2025 (20:00) to 5/1/2026 (15:00) at Valencia Airport1. Deviation from the Contracted Vehicle CategoryThe vehicle reserved was a Toyota RAV4. Upon arrival, VOYAGE provided a lower category SKODA Kamiq with over 65,000 km, in visibly poor conditionSeatbelt not working properly, headlights were not fixed and trembling so we needed to fix it ourselves. This constitutes a breach of contract, as no equivalent or superior category vehicle was supplied2. Absence of an Official Airport Office or StaffAt the time of booking, it was not disclosed that VOYAGE:• has no office, counter, or staff presence at Valencia Airport,• uses public parking for both pick up and drop off,• is closed after 19:00, making standard handover procedures impossible. This operational setup is not aligned with industry standards and was not communicated prior to payment. No check in & out document signed by me so nothing to blame the damage to us3. Irregular and Unsafe Pick Up ProcedureDue to the absence of staff, VOYAGE instructed us via WhatsApp to:• walk to a public parking area,• locate the vehicle using photos,• retrieve the key placed on a front wheel. This procedure is unprofessional, unsafe, and incompatible with standard rental protocols.4. Deposit IrregularitiesVOYAGE required a €1,200 deposit to be paid in advance via invoice, instead of placing a temporary hold on a credit card, which is the internationally accepted practice. We were informed that failure to pay this invoice one day before arrival would result in refusal to release the vehicle. This practice raises serious concerns regarding transparency and consumer protection5. Absence of a Vehicle Condition Report at Pick UpAt pick up:• No vehicle condition report (paper or digital) was provided• No such document was present inside the vehicle• This constitutes a professional omission and violates standard rental proceduresAs a result, only the customer possesses documented evidence of the vehicle’s condition at pick upTo mitigate this, we photographed all visible damage, including minor scratches, and sent these images to VOYAGE. Your sales department confirmed receipt, which constitutes acceptance of the documented condition6. Absence of VOYAGE Staff at Drop OffOn 5 January 2026 at +/- 13h10, we returned the vehicle with a full tank to the public parking area. No VOYAGE employee was present, despite this being within business hoursGiven that:• VOYAGE has no airport office,• no staff was present at pick up or drop off,• no condition report was provided at pick up,VOYAGE has no valid basis to dispute the condition documented by the customer.7. Post Rental Damage Claim and Withholding of DepositUpon returning in Belgium, we unexpectedly received a vehicle condition report dated 05/01/2026 at 18h40, claiming €2,100 in damages and stating that VOYAGE would retain the €1,200 deposit. This raises several issues:• The document was not provided at pick up, preventing us from verifying or contesting pre existing damage.• The damages listed correspond largely to those we photographed and reported.• Additional alleged damages were not present at pick up, nor documented by VOYAGE at that time.• After contesting the claim with photographic evidence, VOYAGE reduced the amount to €1,300, still exceeding the deposit.Given the absence of a pick up condition report, VOYAGE cannot substantiate any claim regarding new damage.8. Pattern of ComplaintsNumerous similar complaints are publicly documented on Trustpilot and other consumer platforms, indicating a recurrent pattern of deposit withholding and post rental damage claims. This further undermines the credibility of the claim made against us.9. Formal RequestI hereby request:• Immediate confirmation of the full refund of the deposit, and• Proof of transfer, to be received no later than tomorrow evening.Failure to comply will result in the initiation of formal complaints with the following authorities and organizations:Guardia Civil ValenciaPolicía Nacional – Valencia & AlicanteOCU – Organización de Consumidores y UsuariosEuropean Car Rental Conciliation Service (ECRCS)OMIC Valencia & AlicanteEuropean Consumer Centre Belgium & SpainECONOMY BOOKINGS regarding the practices & their liabilityMy lawyer in La Zenia & BelgiumConsumer review platformsCoordination with other affected customers to initiate collective actionFeel free to contact me

WARNING SCAMMING COMPANY ‼️‼️

I wish I had read the reviews before using this company (a Ukrainian one man band who is purely a thief & should, & I hope will, face criminal charges) He has stolen 1200 euros from me using the same disgusting method that he has used on others - basically making up damage (which 100% wasn’t done by me) & keeping the deposit. I will be dealing with this appropriately. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This is a SCAM company

This is a SCAM company. You rent a car with all risk insurance. They then try to push additional insurances. At pickup, they provide you with a decent enough car, some minor scratches here and there that can be expected from a 2019 Citroen C3 Aircross that has driven over 115k kilometres. But the real kicker is when you return the car in the exact same conditions en they 'identify' these scratches as damage and provide you with an estimate of €4.150 to restore the car in its 'original' state. They then hold back your €1.200 deposit. AVOID AT ALL COST!

1 hour late arriving with the car

1 hour late arriving with the car. No accidents or incidents whilst I had the car. Returning the car no one to greet me. Text to ssy leave cat on car park. Did as I was adked. Next sending me a message car damaged. I texted back no incidents with the car & they are not being truthful. I asked to view the car & told that it had been hired out elsewhere so could not view the car. Now wants 5k for damages when there was none.

I will NEVER rent a car from them ever again

I will NEVER rent a car from them again. Never. They can't communicate properly. They don't give the information on time. They are kinda agressive for asking paiements. They push you a lot to take all their insurances. They tell you less than 24h in advance all you need to know about your rental. And they tell you less than 24h in advance that their will be no one to welcome you. You have to find the car by yourself AND you will have to pay for parking ?! What the hell is that for a company ?!

This company can improve by closing…

This company can improve by closing down.We took the car back yesterday, we filmed the car on collection, highlighted all the marks and scuffs on the car.Paid 1,200£ deposit.Took the car back yesterday 12 December 2025, received first email saying thank you for returning car, hopefully see you again soon.2 hours after that email, another email saying 3,300€ damage to the bodywork, even though we video completely all around the car, and no damage can be seen. So guess what, they are keeping the deposit.I have insurance and will hopefully claim back my deposit, I am warning people, read the reviews this company are crooks, a young Ukrainian own the company hiding in Spain robbing people when he should be in Ukraine fighting, like the rest of the brave young men.
