Avoid this company operating in Spain

Avoid Voyage rent car company based in Aldaia Valencia operating in Spain, with 2 offices in Valencia region Aldalia and Torrevieja ! Fraudulent activity, scamming attitude, stay away from them. They are not only refusing to refund a deposit but gave us the bill of 3.300€ for the damages which they fabricated and blamed us. The worst experience ever. Avoid! Going to the end to proof their unlawful actions. Car wasn’t safe to drive! Ukrainian operating staff, not even 2 year on the Spanish market! Pressured heavily to take their extremely expensive insurance . The worst experience ever! AVOID

Voyage rent car hire SCAM

Do not use his company they scam you out of the deposit.I rented a Peugeot 2008 was given a Toyota C-HR with 166000km,s on the clock. The car was parked in a parking space at the airport no one available to agree current damage of which there were quite a few scratches, dents, chipped windscreen. I took photos of the damage as I had feeling I would regret hiring from this company. As we returned the car (again in front of the airporet-door) the driver who came with his electric roller had no complaints and of he went. I was wondering why we didn't received any paper, but was optimistic.I received a WhatsApp message saying the car had been collected thank you. Twelve hours later j received an email stating damage had been found on the vehicle and sent me list (13 items of damage, you'd have I had enter the car into a demolition derby) and a calculation for 3200 Euros for the damage and was told I would not be receiving my deposit of €1200 back. ,when I asked for the return of my deposit, they said that there were lot's of scratches and dents I was responsible for and sent a - what meant that our deposit was eaten by that. I made (what I always do) a lot of photos as we took over the car, but they just deducted 300€ from the calculation. By looking at the "proof" they send (some smartphone-photos) the "scatches" can be polished away - no reason für a 4K repair on a car THAT old!Fortunately I have insurance which will hopefully cover the 1200 Deposit. This companies business model is flawed and they provide old cars with high mileage and lots of damage with no joint inspections completed or any photos that you take being dismissed as being inconclusive. I'm sure this car will be rented out to the next customer and they will be charge for existing damage on the return. This way it's easier to make some money instead of just running a simple car rental agency.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, AVAOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. If you are unfortunate enough to use them, make sure you take photos and video date stamped at receipt of the car, of every part of the car.

SCAM company operated by CROOKS, DO NOT RENT A CAR with this company

This is a SCAM car rental company managed by CROOKS, DO NOT RENT a car from them they will confiscate your deposit and never give it back. They have no intention in running a decent and honest business, the purpose of this company is to take your deposit and that's it. Let me explain my experience: I booked a car for a week, with pick up at Valencia airport. In the week leading up to the rental, they tried to pressure me into paying a €1200 deposit up front which is absurd and was already awakening my suspicion. Upon arrival at the airport, an employee came with the car, a Citroen C3 Aircross. The car was clean and the exterior was in perfect condition, however no check-in report on the state of the vehicule was made. I made the deposit at this moment. One week later I gave back the car, parked it in the airport parking as instructed and took pictures of the car. The next day I received a message that there's damage to the car. They sent a damage report with pictures. The pictures were clearly not taken on the spot where I left the car, they put fake dates on when the pictures were taken. The supposed damages were merely dust and tiny scratches under the car that you can just clean away. The damage report was absurd: two times mounting/unmounting of bumpers, new paint, some elements were written in russian and other ridiculous claims. Total claim around €1700 for nothing in fact. Of course, because of this they keep the deposit. This was clearly prepared in advance and I suspect they operate like this with any single client. I am currently in legal proceedings with them and filing official complaints with the spanish authorities, I will not rest until this scam company ceases to exist.Once again, do not do business with them, they will steal your money.

Be prepared to be part of an insurance scam!

I frequently rent cars in Valencia - but NEVER had an experience like this:Other rental-companies request a reservation for the deposit on your creditcard - they just block but not withdraw the deposit. Voyagerent urged me to PAY the 1200€(!) deposit with my CC.The car we got was a blue Toyota 1870MWF with 92.000km(!) on the odometer. The whole car covered with many dents, bruises and scratches. The delivery to the airport-door is convenient - but the car had a cyrillic dashboard - must be ukrainian or russian - with no chance to set to english or german. As we returned the car (again in front of the airporet-door) the driver who came with his electric roller had no complaints and of he went. I was wondering why we didn't received any paper, but was optimistic. After 5(!) days, when I asked for the return of my deposit, they said that there were lot's of scratches and dents I was responsible for and sent a calculation for 3900 Euros - what meant that our deposit was eaten by that. I made (what I always do) a lot of photos as we took over the car, but they just deducted 300€ from the calculation. By looking at the "proof" they send (some smartphone-photos) the "scatches" can be polished away - no reason für a 4K repair on a car THAT old!Fortunately I had an insurance which covered the 1200 Deposit, but in my eyes this is the real business-model behind voyagerent: I'm sure this car will be rented out to the next customer and the "findings" are the same on return. Maybe Mostafa (see his review vom 13th of september 25) got the same car... . This way it's easier to make some money instead of just running a simple car rental agency.Avoid this company at all costs or at least cover your deposit! Take photos of every part from every angel when you get an when you return the car and insist on getting a "everything ok"-slip (which YOU have to provide on your own)!

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. The vehicle I rented was extremely loud and in poor condition, though I tolerated it because of the low price. When I returned the car at the airport, the attendant inspected it, shook my hand, and confirmed everything was fine. Two days later, I received an email claiming there were scratches on the bumper and side along with a large dent, and they kept my entire €1,200 deposit. He claims because the car was dirty the driver couldn't see the scratches nor the dent. Then he was talking about how dusty the car was. This was in valencia so after any type of rain it looks like its covered with dust so nothing crazy. My attempts to resolve the issue went nowhere, and I’m now pursuing legal action and I m looking for others who have been scammed like me. The apparent savings are not worth the risk—you could end up paying far more than you expect.

I rarely write negative reviews

I rarely write negative reviews, as I usually find a solution to the problem if it happens. Unfortunately, this time I was treated unfairly, having been fined for something that someone else had done. I returned the car remotely through the airport parking lot, as the landlord asked me to do. Before leaving the car, I made a video where you can see all sides of the car and that there is no damage. A day later, the landlord said that I made a scratch and returned only €1,100, and not the full deposit of €1,200. He simply took €100 from the deposit. Why not €50 or another, also without any justification, although the minimum amount in the contract is €50. In the correspondence that I am attaching, the landlord agrees that there is no scratch in the video. It turns out that it appeared after I left the car and due to the fault of a third party. According to the lessor's logic, it turns out that I drove to the parking lot, unloaded all the things, got out of the car, made a video and then damaged the door. This would be strange and pointless on my part. Another important point: the seller ignores requests to send a written report about this incident so that I can receive compensation from the insurance company, where I have full coverage for any problem. Key for other clients: do not agree to a remote return, sign a document that there are no claims against you and everything is in order. Do not expect that they will believe you, the company believes that by default the client is deceiving them. Use only written evidence and carefully inspect the car before accepting it. I want to add about the whole experience in general. On the day of the rental, they brought me a car with a breakdown, antifreeze was leaking, but the representative himself found it and quickly replaced it with another car. Otherwise, a normal company: they respond quickly, even at a late time, the second car was good.
