The provided bolts for my charge pipe did not fit the thread, causing them to get stuck several times until they eventually broke. When I contacted customer service to request a return, they informed me that there was nothing they could do to return the item. I simply wanted a working product, but they denied my request. Very bad customer service and terrible product.

I’m still waiting for them to refund me my money to the original payment source they chose to give me a store credit when I wasn’t informed that’s what was going to happen I did everything correctly sent the items back in a timely manner when they originally approved the refund they only gave me partial and now I have to chance them down to get my money back this company is horrible
We placed an order at 4:45 on a Thursday, and we paid an additional $78.43 for Overnight Delivery.We received a message on Friday confirming arrival for Monday.When I contacted VRSF, they responded defensively. I recommended they add clearer shipping information to their order form, to increase transparency and help customers make informed decisions.
Good part, fits well. I found the signature requirement on the delivery to be really annoying. Had to sit at home all day and wait for FedEx to arrive. Seems like more of a protection for their business at the cost of customer experience. Don’t wanna hear how it protects both parties because I really don’t care, it’s a downpipe not jewelry or a laptop.
