bought a charge pipe and overnight shipping. it costed me 71 dollars and they never specified that i needed a signature. i need my part today and fed ex took it back because they said i needed a signature which also didn’t specify. i checked the website order, my email confirmation, and fed ex all before my package arrived and nothing was said about any type of signature. Now i paid 70 dollars for no reason and my product is coming late. i will never order from this company again and i suggest if u do never to buy their fast shipping its a straight scam. i contacted them and asked for a refund on the shipping and they told me no because they said they told me i needed a signature in my emails. i rechecked those emails 3 times and couldn’t find the spot where they told me “i needed a signature” i have photo proof and still tried to get a refund and still no response or anything back from the company. now im forced to not have a car for the weekend and have to wait until monday to get my product and then fix my car. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL BY THEM AND SUGGEST NO ONE ORDERS HERE. As for me i’m already done with this company unless they wanna refund my 70 dollar shipping. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with VRSF. I purchased a catted downpipe from your company based on the positive feedback I had seen, and unfortunately, it has been a very frustrating process.I placed my order and provided all the necessary information, including my address and mobile number. However, VRSF provided the shipping company with an incorrect mobile number, which resulted in my package being returned to the sender after it reached my country.I attempted to contact your customer service department, but I was unable to reach anyone by phone. I was directed to your website contact page, but my messages and emails have gone unanswered.To make matters worse, after more than one month of waiting, I received a partial refund, and $200 of my money was withheld. Instead of resolving the issue by apologizing and reshipping my order, VRSF has essentially taken my money.VRSF's handling of this situation has been unacceptable. The combination of incorrect shipping information, lack of customer support, and financial loss has left me very dissatisfied. I will be sharing my experience with others to make sure they are aware of the potential issues with ordering from your company. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work to improve your processes.
Our son was so excited to put this on his car, we took it to the muffler shop only to find out it is not CA compliant. We are not happy at all as now we have to pay shipping fees and restocking fees to send it back. If you know a product is not compliant in a state, why sell it to someone in that state. It will be about $550 dollars down the drain after it is said and done. We’re not happy at all, this is bad business practice. We would have loved if it worked out.
