Excellent shopping experience, very fast shipping, the package was very well packed.Downpipe bmw b48 catless, excellent quality of welding, the turbo of the car charges very fast, I love it and my car too. The new exhaust sound is addictive.
This has been one of the worst experiences i've ever had with customer service and shipping.. i'll make it a long story short.I ordered a charge pipe on a Sunday, and they told me they would ship out Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around, they tell me they don't have it in stock but the truck is coming tomorrow (Wednesday) with your charge pipe in it. Wed, thurs, fri, and sat roll around and i hear nothing. I contact them that monday, and they told me the container never showed up the previous week, and that it wouldn't be there for another 3 days. No one communicated that it was sold out, i was still able to purchase it, and no one communicated that the container never showed up, i had to check in. It has been two and a half weeks now, still no charge pipe. On top of all of this, they have been disrespectful throughout the process, and refused compensation aside from a "5% discount" ($13 off of my almost $300 order). 10/10 would not recommend.
These guys are awesome, always friendly quick to answer questions and their products are above and beyond amazing. Every part that I could order for my 800 hp 335 that was available through VR speed is on my car. All work flawlessly, the quality is unmatched and fitment is perfect!!
Sound is decent, which is just about the only upside to this product. The kit I received was first missing a clamp for one of the exhaust tips, and customer support did compensate that quickly. However, the full system didn't fit my car ('08 e92 335i), despite it being listed as compatible. One of the hooks for a hangar is about 6 inches away from being able to connect, meaning that the system isn't fully secured. which poses a danger to me and other cars on the road. Customer support simply insisted that I had installed the product wrong, despite me providing multiple videos and informing them that it had been professionally inspected. They then chose to stop replying to my emails, and began to threaten using the "terms & conditions" despite their threats not being correct based on the situation. Terrible support and an immature response. Please steer clear of this product and company.
I ordered an intercooler and upper charge pipe for my N55 F15. I also ordered the $10 stencil and the $15 o-ring for the charge pipe, the stencil was tossed in the box with the rest of the intercooler and a portion of the "F" got bent and had to be taped down while painting, this should have at least had it's own cardboard sleeve or some sort of protection during shipping. It would have been nice to know whether or not the o-ring was necessary, I decided to order it for an additional $15 and I'm glad that I did because it didn't come with one which is pretty ridiculous for a $210 pipe. The install wasn't horrible but I had to alter my radiator fan housing with a dremel which wasn't too bad but this doesn't fit with out the modification and there were no instructions included. The performance seems to be good, I won't know until I order the downpipe and get it tuned. I'd say I'm overall happy with my purchase but was disappointed with the things mentioned above.
Shipping was fast but I still ended up getting a CEL despite ordering a catted downpipe, might as well have ordered a catless one and saved money, I don’t see the point in paying extra for catted if I still get a CEL, also this falls on me but would have been nice to see a disclaimer but the downpipe gasket is not included in the purchase, I should have ordered one separately but it would have been nice to know it wasn’t included
