Review Time
I ordered a chargepipe on the VRSF website for my BMW series 5, and I'm so happy with it! The model mounts very well, and don't forget to order the mounting flange and gasket needed for the unit to work properly. I'm happy to say that the shipment to France was fast and reliable. I highly recommend it for purchases, but especially for quality products. There are also lots of great tutorials on various media to help you with the assembly.
Awful customer service, I bought a downpipe for my b48, and they didn't upfront provide the details needed. Apparently it required previous mods to open the space for the downpipe in the smallest font possible. (This if the first downpipe I've ever had need that) The email responses are extremely rude, and overall poor and disrespectful. They then expect a 25% packing fee? On a $300 downpipe? Then they want shipping, and then they want the shipping from our side? Then even when all that happens, they expect us to wait for a yes or a no whether they can take it or not? Then if it gets denied we have to pay another fee for their delivery? This place is an actual joke, and can only be returned after a month even when completely factory new and untouched. Ironic it's only a month when it takes two to three weeks of consistent delaying on the shipping, not even enough time to realize if the part is good or not.
Poor customer service. Packaging was delivered damaged and when opened it had become apparent that all the tips and back box were badly scratched and dented. Just the tips them selfs were packed in a bag together loosely with no foam or protected, they were hitting each other during transport complete lack of care. Description states “ We include a lifetime warranty as well as our “No Hassle” satisfaction guarantee” don’t believe it, I’ve been offered 5% of my money back and when I replied saying I don’t want 5% back just send me replacement tips it’s as if they have fallen off the face of the planet… no response…
The service is wonderful very responsive and kind also very good communication if you have a problem with the order they will solve it and shipping the parts it has been quick I won't said nothing about the quality because it's great. I'm very happy and satisfied
I had high expectations for this company since the reviews of the products, forum posts and their "Lifetime Warranty" were extremely appealing. I decided to order a midpipe from them for my BMW. Shipping did take a while, but after receiving it I installed it. It seems as if their Quality control is only with their pipes and not the hardware they also supply. No instructions, warnings, or recommended torque specs were given, so I assumed it's just a free for all. Two clamps immediately sheered while hand tightening them during the FIRST installation. I reached out to customer service with photos and explained to them that BOTH clamps broke at the weld points while trying to tighten them, which left me no choice but to clamp them really down and actually twist a clamp, to avoid a LOUD exhaust leak. After their "investigation", they deemed it my fault for over tightening (since they only looked at one photo and assumed both photos applied to one clamp) and refused to replace, discount, or even offer free shipping on a new pair of clamps. You can clearly see the failure point was at the little dot of a spot weld (only 4 hold down this piece of metal), a defect in the craftsmanship. Furthermore, although this ball clamp was labeled "VRSF", hardware doesn't apply to their lifetime warranty of defective VRSF products, which nowhere on the site states that either. They have now stopped responding to my messages. Buyers beware that their hardware is terrible and don't expect it to last long.
