Ordered some DCIs for my BMW E90 shipped to New Zealand. Order came pretty quickly but there was a minor freight issue. Emailed VRSF and got an immediate response and resolution. The mark of an organisation is how they handle customer service and recovery. Top class from VRSF.
VRSF 1) Lists items for sale that are not in stock and do not ship for weeks (after taking payment)2) Their items' description does not match the stated model years the item will fit (after waiting 3 1/2 weeks, they sent a part that does not fit)3) They have no real-time, live support. No telephone customer service number. All communication is via email or message.4) Product looks to be welded well (if you can get the correct part)
