DO NOT USE! Used today for the first time. Clothes ended up locked inside their 18kg washing machine. Phoned customer service and they told me it was the sites responsibility. Spoke to one of the clerks at the garage, he confirmed the machines have been nothing but trouble. Took my details and said he would contact me when the engineer arrives. I’m out of pocket £13 pounds and clothes are still stuck in the machine. Asked for compensation directly from Washme and they stated it’s not our responsibility, I would need to request that from the site where the machines are.
While support was quick to respond when my clothes were locked in their machine - I opened the machine to find I'd wasted £7 - the clothes smelt worse than when I put them in and they looked just as filthy! I didn't expect them to clean my clothes perfectly, but I didn't expect them to be in worse condition.
I have just moved home and am waiting for m washing machine to get fitted, I used the one in Perry common outside Londis and I thought it was great, I used the 20 kg washing machine for £11 and then the 20kg dryer, clothes were washed and dried perfectly although I did add some off my own persil tabs in as I had read that the detergent included is not too good, I got a text message 5 minutes before the programme ended. I would definitely use again if needed. It was very clean and well maintained.
