Machines are poorly maintained and regularly break down.People use them to wash horse/dog blankets meaning that your washing often ends up covered in hairs and smelling like a stable even though it’s significantly more expensive than a normal launderette The online “help” facility is useless. I’ve emailed 5 or 6 times and only once received a reply, which was when the machine broke down & my clothes were stuck inside.Messaged them 2 days ago to advise the tumble dryer was not getting hot and I spent over £20 trying in vain to get my clothes dry - they haven’t even bothered to reply.Will not be using again.
Our washing machine and tumble dryer both broke within a week of each other, so this was a life saver to get the kids clothes washed. The downside for me is that Goole Play store is saying the app is no longer available in the UK and so there is no longer any way to see if the washer or dryers are free before setting out. When will this become available again in the UK? Also, the internet connection kept dropping when trying to pay.
Two 20 min dry cycles for £3.50 a cycle to dry 20kg of washing washed at home. Completely dry and excellent machines located at BP sandringham melton rd Leicester. Wouldn’t try the washers there just happy to use the drying facility. First time using wash.me and I’ll deffo be back again soon! Really happy and pleased with how convenient it was.
the machines just don't wash properly . i have used them about 8 times now and there a complete waste of money and time . if you wash and dry your clothes and have the fabric softener and pre wash it costs around £25 for one wash .if you use them 4 times you can prettymuch buy a washing machine for that. better off just going to a launderette . it costs about £10 and thats for a large machine and dryer . moor importantly your clothes will come out clean
