Ordered the Queen size with draws in the base and double bladders.Had to wait for the base to be made.Arrived Thursday and all set up ready to go today ,FridayNo problems setting up and are looking forward to our water bed after 10 years on a mattress.After a few nights on our new bed my Fitbit is telling me that I am getting at least 8 more points in my sleep score.So my wife and I are benefitting already from our new bed.
Prompt reply and delivery excellent service to my issue of needing a new cover as i discovered the other cover I had has got black mould so I have spent the last 3 days on my guest bed where I have ended up with back issues but the black mould has probably caused the other health issues I have.
From the first phone call to the finish, Ben was always helpful. Our king duet bed is awesome. Being in our sixties, we opted for the higher pedestal base and it was a great decision. The four drawers in the base are great. Ben set up our bed and we didn’t have to lift a finger. A no stress deal. Thanks Ben
From the time I first spoke to Ben I had nothing but helpful information and then nothing but superb service to the delivery of the product supplies, which included bladder, liner, heat pad and a patch kit,which I did not really need, as there were two with the kit.Delivery wow! Posted from the Gold Coast on Wednesday arvo and delivered to me the very next day, and I am 150 k’s east of Melbourne Vic. Not too shabby hey?Anyway I can only recommend Mr Waterbed no higher than brilliant. As for Ben, he deserves a raise. No, I didn’t get a discount for this either.
