My waterbed bladder sprung a leak on Sunday tried all stores in my area interstate.My son came to help me find a new one also empty it.We sent Ben an email he got back to me next day and had it packed up and at the post office Monday by Thursday night it was up and running again.Much better quality than my original one so from now on will be using ,Mr Waterbed for all my beds needs .So thank you Ben very very happy .
Our old waterbed was rotten after 40 years and contents insurance told us to get a new one. Ben was the closest and made what look like an excellent product at a great price. Left a message on his phone and he called back in under an hour. Ben sounded friendly and we discussed designs and then put in a purchase order on the internet site. As the bed was timber it took a while to build but Ben kept us informed. Once it was complete Ben came to our home, installed it and filled it with warm water so it could be used that night. He was full of useful hints and gave a five year guarantee. We would wholeheartedly recommend Ben.
