I Bb recently purchased a Queen Pedestal Softsided waterbed from Mr Waterbed. I dealt mostly with Ben and he was extremely helpful. I changed my mind on what size and even considered canceling my order. And Ben was brilliant with my hassling him. I’m considering changing all my bed to waterbeds, Ben and Mr Waterbed were fantastic to deal with. I’d recommend them to anyone considering buy a waterbed
Really great friendly service and advice from Ben. Bladder arrived from interstate in 2 days. Ordered Mon, arrived Wed morning. Found split in old seam Sunday, back in my waterbed Wednesday night. I ordered one bottle of waterbed conditioner for $12 (I know, the last of the big spenders !)Within one hour, I received an e-mail to confirm that the order was being processed. An hour later it was booked in for delivery by Auspost.I had spoken to Ben on a previous occasion and he was only too happy to give me some free advice on how to maintain my water bed. Not only is the customer service excellent, the price of $12 was the cheapest that I come across shopping on the Internet.
