We highly recommend Mr Waterbed. Ben from Mr Waterbed gave excellent customer service over the phone and was very helpful in explaining the various options when purchasing our waterbed. The bed came well packaged and within the expected time frame. The bed itself was exactly as purchased and the price was considerably less than similar beds from alternative retailers. We are very happy with it.
We needed the bed emptied and dismantled for new carpet to go in. It was all done and reinstated a few days later with utmost professionalism and courtesy. We have used Ben (Gold Coast) three times over the years and have been very happy each time. Wouldn't use anyone else.
Ben has been so helpful in getting me into the 21st century with my water bed and has personally delivered the parts that I needed as well as offering hands on help if I needed it. Just a very personal, kind and speedy service and I hope he's around for me to call when I need anymore upgrades.
