Online purchase is horrible

Online purchase is horrible1) Nobody is ever on the lifechat. You cannot get any help2) Courier service they use - Ninja Van. Totally horrible. First time, one item was missing. Second time, order was not delivered on chosen time slot.3) Time slot given is 9am to 6pm. Full day but yet it was not delivered4) Nobody answers the Watson's hotline.Buy online at your own risk. Better go to the store and buy.Or best, chose to collect yourself. At least you know you will get your items and someone is there if you have a question.

Have visited Watson’s at Lucky Plaza…

Have visited Watson’s at Lucky Plaza twice recent for Xmas shopping. Nisan always comes forward to assist willingly and cheerfully. She will recommend best buys and diligently look for the products I need such as facial masks etc. Her prompt and ready response to customer’s needs is most impressive especially if shoppers are in a rush. Watson’s is indeed fortunate to have workers such as her who should be duly rewarded.

Do not shop online!

Do not shop online!I wanted a hairdryer that was only available through their delivery online, as I did not just want to purchase just one item I ordered a few other items for delivery. The delivery was prompt, however the hairdryer was missing. At no point was I informed that it was not going to be delivered. I contacted customer services via email as their phone lines kept saying they were busy and advised to leave a message. I got a prompt email back the next day, saying that the item was out of stock and therefore I will get a evoucher that limits me to use in one transaction only via their online store! I never ever want to shop in their online store again and can't understand why they can't just refund it back to my payment method which was a credit card!.I contacted them again, they said they can refund it back to the credit card though this will take 4 weeks!Problems in summary:1. I was not informed at any point item was out of stock - only realized when it was not delivered and had to email them to ask why.2. Customer service help line non-existent3. Default refund method - evoucher with limitations4. Credit card refund takes 4 weeks!
