I purchase 9items online, only 5were delivered. It was a bad experience with Watson for afew reasons:I am not keen in the evoucher since Watsons does not have the itemI want, I wish to have the refund to the credit card I use to pay so that I can purchase elsewhere. It’s really quite frustrating,1. Watsons don’t inform of the oos and refund until I emailed in2. When items are oos, its only business Sense to update your inventory 3. When refund is done, it should be refunded to the mode we use to pay. Giving us An evoucher is literally “forcing” us to purchase from Watsons which I am not keen to do so in future.I hope Watsons get to see this review.
Super bad experience with Watsons online shopping. Stocked up my cart. Which took me through product selection more than 30 min. When was ready to check out, had to fill up all my new customer details. No confirmation sms has arrived. All the while, my cart got emptied. Abounded the idea of going through the same monotonous exercise. Never again shopping online with Watsons. Waste of time.
Customer Service is non-existence! Could have given Zero-star if it is available.Ordered thru app on 01Aug but status still shows "Packing" on 10Aug. My International Purchase in-contrast has been delivered to me within 6 days with free-shipping. This is called Efficiency and valuing Buyers. Emails sent to Watsons is also unanswered. Only received their auto-reply that they will revert. Apparently nobody is manning the emails. Chatline is also not available. Do not be enticed by e-coupon or free vouchers else you will have a hard time waiting for your orders & reply from Watson. Better to just pop over the store and get the items, Online purchase is not any cheaper.This is my 1st online purchase with Watsons and the Last!I'm still waiting for my Order and nobody can help.
WATSONS is atempting to challenge estalbished retailers but falls far behind. Their web-page is clunky and hard to locate items. Items are disorganised. Delivery is based on whqat WATSONS wants and not what the customer has requested. My recent order was delivered on a totally differnt day with no announcement. In short, WATSONS is just on the bandwagon and does not provide anything special that the regular online stores have already. WATSONS is not cheaper, not better in service, or more efficient. Be careful when you make purchases here, you end up spending more.
The worst online purchase I have ever experienced. The 1st was during Dec 2019, package delivered with cracked compact powder and scattered all over the remaining items in box. 2nd beauty product was not seal wrapped, did’nt look new. After weeks of attempt, finally replied with refund in e-coupon. Gosh...have to go through another of their poor bad online purchase experience. Nevertheless, before the e-coupon expires (it has expiry date although it was their fault and our own money), i went online to redeem the e-coupon with purchase. however, during the check out, it debited and wiped out the entire amount from my account with no transaction recorded and the cart was still in tact for me to check out. I am still waiting for them to reply and truly really hope it is not going to take weeks again this time.Never, ever for me to purchase items from them via online. Not once, but twice. Worst online purchase experience .
Watson’s may not have all the items you might be looking for, but sometimes you feel lucky to chance on products that you maybe looking for. The staff was attentive but normally when it comes to over the counter medicines, they normally, are not so knowledgeable on certain specs. But, they would always suggest a kind of item or medicine (or in my case, an ointment) that I was searching for, when they do not have the brand I wanted.
Watsons online order is totally disappointing. Firstly, the items were not wrapped at all. They were placed in a nice solid box but no wrapping. I bought a mixture of cosmetics items, including eyeshadow. So you can imagine, two of the eyeshadow cakes broke/crumbled. The hotline number longer works and there is never anyone on the chat. They were very fast in replying my first complaint email, and then ... take a few days to follow up on my reply to their queries. And then, no further follow up and they refused to refund and I’m still waiting for them to tell me where I can do the exchange. It’s been about 10 days since I first contacted them. I have no idea when I will hear from them again. I tried FB. And again, they were fast to reply, but slow to update. Still waiting for them to check. Ehm... I cannot understand the delay. They should just refund and save us all the misery. I wonder if they will follow up on this post. I don’t want them to check again. I just want a refund. Wah ... this must be the worst online shopping experience ever.
