Sorry to say I would never by anything else from this supplier, the quality of the material used for the items I had bought is nothing like the material shown in you catalogue! So disappointed I would never recommend this suppliers products and never deal with them again.
Awful do not order from here! Ordered a product and what arrived was nothing like the image or description, different colour, silly print on elbow patters and awful flimsy quality. Website doesn't allow you to complain as they tell you to input a code (so you're not a bot) and every time it's invalid! Also convenient that it doesn't post any negative reviews! Says all good reviews and scores but I know myself had submitted one and never showing on there.
Absolute Rubbish Garments.I ordered 5 x garments in total & following three separate very lengthy delivery times of 2.5 months, I immediately gave this rubbish away to a charity shop. "Sorry Charity Shop for passing this rubbish onto you".I have all PROOF's of purchase.Two of the garments were identical. I ordered two different style of sweater, but got the most disgusting effort of matching crap which don't fit anyway.Not one of the 5 garments were the correct size I ordered.Not one of these 5 garments were as advertised or looked anything like anything in the photo image.These do not appear to be made by professionals in the clothing trade, and I can only assume by my own professional opinion that these are produced by trafficked child slaves.This can only be a deliberate con outfit gang.I lost nearly $200.00 with ZERO chance of getting a refund.DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAMAs an Engineer in MANUFACTURING for 40 years, I would NEVER have had a career if I produced MUCK like this rubbish.I should have known better. I should have read the reviews first like I normally do.BUYER BEWARE!!!boycott WAYRATES and any other company linked to them.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!Unfortunately I only read the reviews only after I bought a jacket from them, and wish I had. It does not resemble the item advertised at all. It's nearly laughable the difference from what I thought I bought and what I got. Feel totally scammed and not sure if I want to send it back because of the costs or just write it off. Do not buy from them.
I never leave feedback but it's essential. Do not buy from this site! Products are terrible and nothing like advertised! Can't express enough, do not use!They have no return policy unless you ship back to China, at your expense, for more than the items cost!
I ordered a sweatshirt for $70 CDN. It took weeks to arrive. When it did, it was the completely wrong item. I tried to return it. They wanted to give me a $20 credit. I refused. After multiple back and forth, they agreed to refund me. They asked me send it back to China at my cost. With tracking. That cost $70, the same price as the item. So i just sent it regular for $30 and the receipt from canada post included the address. I took photo of receipt and sent it. It has been over a month and no one will respond whether they received item or not. They asked for tracking number. What a scam.
