My advice.1. Don't buy from this site. You will not get what you're hoping for. 2. If you do then make sure you pay by paypal or visa/mastercard for buyer proyextion. I ordered and what arrived was not what I was expecting. They offered a fraction of the buy price as a refund, I kept complaining until it went up to about a 50% refund offer. Then I took it to PayPal where the dance started again. Ultimately, after many pointless back and forth emails, me saying “your error your fault, if you want the garment back, provide a shipping label” they gave up and refunded me. If you have bought from them and want a refund, don’t give up. Take it to PayPal, take it to Visa. Most importantly, just don’t buy from them. They are not legitimate.
These folks sell mens shirts that button on the wrong side for men. They ship the wrong items, they ship to customers with out paying US Postal and require postage due when delivered. I believe they are only concerned about money and not service or product quality. I will never do business with them again and would NOT recommend others to do business with them.
I placed two orders with the first order only having a couple of things which were somewhat unsatisfactory. But my second order is just a nightmare. The sizes were not standard and the clothes looked much better online than when I received them. Upon waiting for my second order I decided to research the company and found they are directly out of China. That is where the problem is, anything that comes out of China is substandard including the inhumane conditions. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE and be sure to research anything you buy online before ordering. That is my own mistake this time around.
When ordering there was no warning this was coming from overseas...ordered last month and order status had not changed from processing since 11/22... they will not issue a refund.... but when u reply back to an email 72 response from the company they have a 24 hr window to cancel... terrible. Worst decision to purchase from here.
Atrocious. Bought a pair of shorts. Nothing like the picture. Sent the wrong size. Then told me I had to send it back to China. Can you imagine the cost? It's a scam and they should be shut down and the platforms who take their advertising cash should be ashamed for not looking into it properly.
I never saw these reviews and wish I had been warned. If it looks too good to be true, it usually is rubbish. The items were delayed so long I felt it was a scam. I did not know it was a Chinese manufacturer as everything I bought this year that came from there, went back as the quality is never as portrayed or the sizes are way out. The quality here is poor, cheap materials, thin with no weight, leather jackets state reviews on their site but are PVC. not cut or designed well and items are a caricature of the ones seen on website and in adverts. Wasted £100 and cannot send back it appears according to these comments here. I ordered a XXL as my size is Large or sometimes XL. The size arrives with that label but is actually to fit a Medium. Same with other garments ordered 3 XL and appears many time larger, Other t shirt says Large and barely looks a small. Sizes mean nothing and quality is rubbish. Avoid.
Do not order from this company. Crap Merchandise. Photos of men's clothing look great but when I received it, it was not only cheap but did not even look like what I ordered. It took 2 months to get to me. When it got here, it was junk. Buy from somewhere else
I’m currently in a $95 dispute. They pretended to be PayPal and were trying to convince me to say the dispute was resolved. On November 2nd, I ordered 4 items. On November 8th, the website said half of the order was shipped, Half was still processing. As the weeks went by, no change happened to my order status. They refused to give me a tracking number , never answered the phone, never replied to emails. I filed a dispute with my bank and PayPal. That was the first time I received any response from wayrates. They stated my package arrive on Nov. 19th. I never received a package. They said to check my spam folder to confirm it was delivered to my mailbox on the 19th. First off, the stuff I ordered would not have even fit in the mailbox if that’s the case. Secondly, in my email, I had only ONE email from them. It was Dated Nov. 23rd. It stated in the email that they had just shipped my entire order. So either they were shipped on the 8th, delivered on the 19th, or shipped on the 23rd. Still. No package. I finally get tracking and order info from PayPal because the company refused to speak to me aside from pretending to be PayPal with a fake PayPal email. The shipping information had an incorrect address. They used my billing address to ship. I contacted the residents of that address and they said no packages were delivered. I reviewed the tracking info and it shows it was delivered to my initial shipping address. So they have two different shipping addresses for one package and neither residence has received them.
