Just opened parcel that arrived this morning.This is the cheapest thinnest tackiest fabric.I understood I was buying a fleece. It's not a fleece. Even the deceptive fleece-looking collar is the cheapest imitation. The main fabric is thinner than a sweatshirt and the shiny appearance looks like a 70s tracksuit. I will never wear this.And of course I was duped into thinking I was buying from a company in the USA. Nope... China/Hong Kong.I should have checked Trustpilot first. And paid attention to the red flag of how aggressive their marketing is... a sure indicator that they put all their money into online marketing and next to nothing into making a respectable product. And therefore I conclude it's not even worth trying to get my money back... More shipping costs followed by a likely denial of ever receiving it. My money is already sunk. Thieves.
Update on my conflict with wayrates, after many wasted emails that was going nowhere, I took out a refund request with PayPal, after many e-mails with the facts to Wayrates and PayPal regarding this issue, I found out that when you hit the reply button on PayPal e-mail, you then get a email from them to say there is no one monitoring this box. To cut a very long story short I eventually got an email from PayPal to say I have won my case and a refund is now on its way.
This review is exclusively my opinion. Men's Vintage French Striped Pepper And Salt Striped Cargo PantsSize: L, Color: Brown. I ordered a pair of pants. They are advertised as brown (in text) with stripes. The problem is that they are not really brown, look more purple/pink with grey/white stripe. They would be fine otherwise. They do not provide return shipping labels so I have to pay return shipping for what I feel is their mistake on their web page. They do respond to email, but I will not be buying from them again. They made an offer of adjustment to try to resolve the dissatisfaction but I don't want purple pants.
I ordered 2 winter warmer JACKETS size XL for 106$. They sent me 2 SHIRTS size 2XL both too large and of a design that was not to my taste. I have raised a Paypal dispute and am confident of getting a full refund but its as clear a case of gross mis-selling as I have ever seen.
Agree with all the other reviews. This is a scam company, the quality is appalling, hard to describe just how bad it is and of course, nothing like the pictures they show online.How are they allowed to continuously get away with this.
They are only getting one star because I could not give them a ZERO! This is a Chinese POS company, shipping takes 6 weeks, 7 out of 10 shirts ordered were wrong, and the expect me to pay return shipping! Thankfully I used my bank card and will get charges reversed! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE ASS CLOWNS!!!
This company is a scam, avoid it at all cost.I lost over £100 to them when I returned goods to the address on the package and been in dispute with them since.I returned the goods, have the tracked delivery, but they refuse to refund me for what was sub standard goods.
