Review Time
I ordered four items, one shirt had an American on it, THE FLAG WAS PUT ON UPSIDE DOWN!!!!. A so called tactile jacket was ordered, on the website it appeared to be a lined jacket for the colder months, it appeared to be fluffy on the website. It turned out to be nothing like was depicted on the website. It also had a zipper on the arm, when you unzip it the pocket is sewn closed, there is no pocket. A “Tee” shirt I ordered was completely different from what I had ordered. NOT EVEN CLOSE!!!. The fourth item was a two toned shirt, on the website it was brown in color, when it arrived it was orange in color, again NOT EVEN CLOSE IN COLOR. THE CLOTHING THIS SO CALLED COMPANY IS PUTTING OUT IS GARBAGE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
This company also runs under the name of acumalety .coped the photos from a USA web site and a shop photo from an old cowboy shop in Glasgow. The garments look nothing like the photos and are cheap material and different colour.Cant get my money back all they offered was $5us refund from $76us I spent
This Chinese company is a joke .everybody do yourself a favor don't make the mistake I made and buying something from a company you did not investigate these are Chinese people they're cheaply made products and personally they're all a joke. I will never buy from them again I am in a dispute at the moment I hope everything works out in my favor but I could be honest I'm not too sure it's gonna take my advice do not By anything from these people they are losers
Too bad for me that I did not see reviews for this company first also. They did not have reviews available on their website, they make it very difficult to return items and their clothing products are very cheaply made with very thin materials with screen printing. They are not what they appear to be. They look like warm winter clothing items but you can actually see through material by holding it up to your eyes. I will simply donate them to the homeless and chalk the $150 up to being taken on the internet.
If I could give a '0' star I would. Ordered a bag, pants and a jacket. The parcel arrived minus the bag, they did credit my card in respect of this but the jacket and pants that cost £69 each were dreadful. The quality was exceptionally poor and nothing resembling the pic on the website. I also received a 'free gift', an awful long sleeved top with bizarre tabs on the sleeves, I wouldn't have been seen dead in it. If these products had been on sale for £2.99 in a charity shop I wouldn't have bought them. I've wasted £140 on absolute rubbish and will NEVER order from this company again and suggest that you don't either!
everything, late, late, late in arriving, when it finally got here, guess what, the quality was rubbish, thin material,poor quality, I should have known you only get what you pay for. Cheap discounted prices, we all seem to fall for the selling technic, but never mind the dogs seem to like them in their beds!!!
Like everyone else, I wish I had read the terrible reviews. My experience was pretty much the same and they though it was reasonable to offer me a $49 voucher for me to keep the product they sent me which was completely different to what I ordered and the quality is awful. Then they offered a refund but said I have to pay for the cost of shipping to me and then the cost of shipping it back, how does it cost me something to get nothing. Thats what you get when you deal with these jokers. Stuff the money I'm going to do a youtube video explaining the whole story then burn the piece of crap they sent me as an effigy! SAVE YOUR SELVES AND DoN"T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE JOKERS!
I would give this garbage company zero stars if I could. I sent back a return. They confirmed they received it and processed my refund. A week later I never saw my refund and they switched their story and said they were “reviewing” my refund. I still never got my refund. They are complete liars, scam artists. Also the clothes they sell are the worst quality I’ve ever seen before. it’s like the Covid version of clothes. Awful garbage material. Most hideous company I’ve ever seen. Someone needs to put this trash company out of business. DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS AT ALL COSTS
