Review Time
I bought a tactical jacket from Wayrates.com . Well to be honest : - I realised its a chinese company after i purchased the jacket .- I was sceptical that i will receive the product after seeing the reviews here ...- I got the product .Well it looks like the jacket in the picture BUT its not the same quality and not the same material that i could see on that picture. It seems like a cheap alternative to the one i saw . I think i can wear it sometimes but definitely it didnt worth the money i paid for it worth half of the price ... Im a bit disappointed to be fair because for this price i could have bought a quality one from another store . I think i wont purchase more product from this company in the future . I wish i could upload a picture here ...
Ordered items from wayrates,2pair ankle boots, to jackets . what a mistake, boots don't fit couldn't even get toes passed the D ridge cheap and unusable, jackets came back as more like long sleeve t-shirts, flimsy and wrong size, one XL and on small, no chance of getting a refund or replacement.cost of return to China would be a prohibiting factor.best advise leave well a loneWish I had seen reviews before making any decisions to purchase
i should have checked the reviews before ordering, and i wouldnt be out my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i received 2 shirts that were nothing like i ordered!!!!!!!!!!!!! they are something i never will wear!!!!!!! this outfit is a scam. i tried contacting someone and i get a computer response!!!!!!!!!!!these people should be put out of business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The customer service is a joke. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. you will not get any reply back, can NOT send back items not fit for their purpose. Very unfriendly people asking for which store I bought the item from when it came from them. To send photos of a website etc. NO tracking number. bad , bad, bad
Suckered into buying a pair of boots which are absolutely a million miles from what they look like on their advert. They have nothing in the packaging or on any communication that allows a return of unwanted goods either. DO NOT BUY or be prepared to be very disappointed indeed.
