Utterly awful company.Web site gives no indication that the company is based in China.Goods sent by snail mail, approx 1 month to arrive. Absolutely no feed back regarding if your item are posted or when they will arrive. Tried to contact the company be email, but they won’t reply.The goods are complete rubbish, and nothing like the pictures advertised on their site.Nasty material, of a type I have never seen before. Not even good enough to wipe down your car engine.This is exactly why I try to never use Chinese companies.Stay well clear of them, just a bunch of cheating con artists.
The items I received look absolutely nothing like the pictures everything is made from super thin polyester even the $75 tactical jacket it fits like a droopy cheap wind breaker. I'm attempting a return. I'm sure it will be more frustration.DO NOT BUY FROM WAYRATES!!!
1. Have taken money for all of order and only received part of order.2. Were very slow to respond to my query and still do not have a delivery time for balance of order.3. Quality of goods are really cheap and nasty and would dvise anyone to not shop here.
The shirt is like one size fits all. Way to small was to be a xxl.Also the year on the shirt I ordered was to say made in the 60s I recieved a shirt that says made in the 50s over a month to get the wrong poorly made shirt. Stay away from this company is the best one can do.
Like many previous reviewers. I purchased a number of items that looked great on the website. They arrived in a little over 2 weeks. I was not happy to find that the items did not fit despite ordering using their size guide. Moreover, the quality of the fabric and stitching is very very poor, In fact they are so bad that I knew immediately that I'd never wear them. If you think that you'll be able to recoup your money, think again. If you can get a response, It will be almost impossible to find a reasonably priced courier that can verify that they have been received by this company (if you can call it that).I cannot understand how they are able to continue to operate as the website is not advertising what you will receive and the facility to return items and claim a refund will leave you frustrated and out of pockey.Do yourself a favour and don't be taken in by these crooks
