The first time I ordered from them, I wanted a pair of medium men's outerwear tactical shorts in Grey. Every time I entered grey, they came up as the color brown in the cart. I contacted the company. Several days later, I received an email (I still have it) from customer service. They found a pair in grey. I have the original order confirmation stating they were grey. They arrived in brown. They sent me a second confirmation stating they were sent in brown. We decided to keep them. They are still in their original packaging. We ordered a pair in small, again in grey today. They are having a 48 hour flash sale. When I got to the site, they offered me a 13% off code. I applied it to the order and the discount it showed up in the cart. When I paid at Paypal, the discount disappeared.
These guys are using photos and imagery from legit clothing companies I have spotted several ads from from clothing sites I use regularly. "Bronson Clothing" for one. Looks like a scam to me. You'll possibly receive clothing eventually but it won't be what you ordered. Be careful.
Beware-FRAUD!! Do not give them your money. If it happens and you get the shipment at all, it will all be complete junk. Sizes, material, quality, design, nothing even remotely to what you would have ordered. It goes straight in the bin. You cannot even use this rubbish material as rags. Chinese fraudulent supplier.
To begin with DON’T ORDER FROM WAYRATES. They are doing a shipping scam for sure. I ordered in the middle of August 2 shirts and paid shipping fee when I placed the order. It was a lot for shipping and it didn't show up until the very end of the order. It appeared that the company was US company but as it turns out they are a Chinese company Portraying themselves as US company. Then after after a week of not hearing anything but expecting to receive my package I email them and they tell me that the a package normally shipnormally ships in 7 to 10 days. I didn't have it for almost a month. Then when I finally go to pick up my package I had to pay an extra $10.25 because the shipping label they used was a FAKE According to the Post Office. I've gone back-and-forth emails with them for 2 weeks now and get absolutely no satisfaction.. So those 2 shirts ended up costing me $27 to ship. It is a big scam. And the mailing address that's on the label is from Reno, Nevada but the package came from China.
Due to mixed experiences, I'm on the fence with this company. One thing to bear in mind is if you're emailing them, make sure its sent to their 'service' email address at the bottom of your incoming email (regardless of whom you may have received one from)
The worst clothing I have ever seen, I brought some gloves a fleece lined shirt and a jacket. All were supposed to be motorcycle clothing.A total waste of the worlds resources utterly useless for anything more than a fancy dress party. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
