I ordered Size S (Waist 29.5-31.5) Men's Retro Rugged Jeans and received Size XS paper pants. Website guarantees 100% satisfaction but they force you to take a voucher or mail back to Hong Kong at a cost that exceeds purchase price.
Bought a great looking jacket, took months to arrive and was cheap plastic that looked nothing like the picture when it did. Asked for a refund and offered a £24 voucher, sadly not what I paid. Never buy from this company, they’re con-artists.

If I could leave 0 Stars I would I just heard back from this company they want to give me a $29 voucher I have $80 worth of clothes that I ordered and they're too small I used the size chart that they have for the customer to use and the size chart is wrong they're like youth sizes and they will not refund my money $80 worth of clothes that are too small that I cannot wear and they wanted only give me a $29 voucher I will never order from this company again and they will not refund my money or even send me clothes that fit me buyer beware!!!! this place is a scam and a ripoff
[Note, this company also goes under the brand name 'Cotosen']I spent $140 with this company to order two items and what arrived was of extremely poor quality (a self-respecting tramp wouldn't wear them). They didn't look remotely as good as the misleading website pictures. One item additionally had a large discoloured area on its front (looking like a huge stain).To return them, the company said the items had to be sent back with tracked postage to China (specific return address given). Clothing being heavy, the cost of this was nearly $40. Clearly the company hopes that high postage cost will put off most buyers from making returns - so they keep their disappointing purchases (perhaps with a small token refund).The clothing being unusable and worthless, I decided that spending $40 to at least get $140 refunded was still worthwhile. This is where their returns scam became apparent. With the tracking I could see a few weeks later that the package was held by Chinese customs - the exact notification was: 'You need to contact customs directly. Your delivery is being held by customs in CHINA'. I could not contact them (don't speak Chinese anyway) and the company refused to assist in any meaningful way - for two weeks they just repeated that they can only refund items once they receive them back. They must have set things up so that no returns reach them. Thus customers end up going to the significant trouble and cost of returns...to ultimately receive no refund at all. This is a total SCAM.Happily I had made the purchase using PayPal, so I opened a case against the company there. Then oddly the company sent me an email outside PayPal offering a $69 refund as 'a resolution'. As I was due a $140 refund, I declined to accept this. Then through PayPal they offered 'a partial refund to resolve the claim' of $83. This was also declined of course. Hours later PayPal decided the case entirely in my favour and the full $140 refund was finally delivered.Be warned - you really do not want to buy from this company.

" So my shorts cost £60 and only getting a coupon for £27 how does that work.....scam scam scam
Item was not as advertised. Cheaply made. Definitely not the same as the item advertised. I also paid extra for expedited shipping which was a waste of money. Took almost six weeks for substandard product to arrive. However, I finally did get a refund and the customer service communication was good. I won't shop online with their company.
Absolute junk quality products. Late delivery on all items (4 items) and still not received final coat. Took 2 months, and definitely not what was ordered, and the sizing is ridiculously small. Quality is very poor. Loose stitching and sub-standard materials. Cannot contact customer service, tried phone, e-mail, and text/chat, but no reply. I just threw away over $300 CAN for this garbage. These crooks need jail. I contacted their advertizer, MSN home page and told them as well.DON'T BUY HERE!
The order came within a few weeks but what a load of garbage. I even went back to check what I'd ordered to see if a mistake had been made. Badly printed on material that is like thin paper. Totally unusable and even XL is for a child. Thank God I didn't order more I'm disappointed enough as it is !!!
