Purchased a Tactical Hard Shell jacket for £57 found to be of very poor quality. To return jacket to China would have cost over £30 with no guarantee of a refund. This company appears to have the business model that customers do not return goods because it is uneconomical to do so.
Complete Screw Job - These guys are so dishonest. I don't know where they get the photos for their website, but the crap they send you after several months of waiting is so cheap it can't be described without using a bunch of expletives. I will bet $50 that the positive reviews on this site were submitted by Wayrates. They also go by Cotosen so beware. You might as well burn a few $20 bills instead of buying their crappy clothing. Same result with less effort and annoyance.
This company is a total scam, got items after a month from china all crap looked good in pictures not what was delivered. Can only "apply for refund by sending to china with tracking number 70-100$offered me voucher to buy more crap stuff. total lossDo not buy from this company!!!
The pictures on the website are impressive -- I'll say that for them. The jacket looked like it gave off an edgy biker dude vibe, which I was looking forward to trying out. When it arrived four months later, the resulting look wasn't so much edgy biker as divorced geography teacher. Some of that Is down to me.You take your chances when ordering clothes off the Internet -- I have actually found some very good items in the past, but I wouldn't rate your chances very highly from this outlet.
2 MONTHS after I placed my order my military style jacket finally arrived and it is a piece of sh!t!!I am SO DISAPPOINTED!!The jacket is supposed to be "retro warm wash" ... IT IS NOT!!! It is a JOKE!It is still damp and reeks of chemicals from the dye. It is NOT warm wash or retro in style ... it is a solid brown ... so much color on it that it looks TERRIBLE!!!! It isn't fit for the garbage! It is a VERY cheap imitation ... terrible cheap material, poor quality stitching and NO styling whatsoever. NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO on their website!I am going to instruct my credit card company to reverse the charge.In addition, they told me if I want to return it I'll have to pay for the return postage (with tracking numbers) to Guangdong, China "to verify if we can apply for a refund or not". UNACCEPTABLE!!!This website and its products are a SCAM!
Company refuses to cancel orders. They stall with multiple emails asking to save the order with a 20% discount. Multiple refusals and requests to cancel result in them shipping the product anyway. It will be a costly mistake as the credit card company reversed charges and issued me a new card.
Stay away from these guys. They take your money and don't send your order. I am cancelling my order as 10 days have gone by and they have not shipped. The positive reviews are probably written by company personnel. Called their customer service line and you just get put on hold.
0 stars isn’t an option. All the 5* reviews here must be people from the company, the goods look nothing like the pictures. We are 2 months into trying to get a refund and are only being offered a voucher to use on “another hot deal” which doesn’t even come close to the value spent on the clothes. They are acting in criminal ways.
