I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. Don’t buy if these load of clowns I purchased what was supposed to be a Carhartt top , absolut joke the item is clearly counterfeit and not even wearable! Then you have to return to China I opened a PayPal case but they know how to play the system and offered me £17 refund considering I spent £39!, PayPal also offered me £20 on top so I reluctantly accepted. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS😡
Not that I think anyone is stupid enough to believe the bogus 5 star reviews on here but just incase, all the 1 star are legit. Way rates is a scam company selling counterfeit gear at almost unimaginable poor quality out of China. Even if you realise your mistake shortly after ordering and submit a cancellation attempt. They purposefully play dumb and send the parcel anyway in hopes you'll just accept the loss. Please please please dont make the mistake of ordering from these jokers.
**Important: Please Read Before Purchasing**I had a very disappointing experience with this company. While the pictures look great, the actual product is terrible. There is no customer service, and it takes an excessive amount of time to receive your order. When it finally arrives, the quality is simply junk. I have tried to reach out multiple times through calls and emails, but to no avail. Please consider this before making a purchase.
So upset I did not check trustpilot before ordering. I ordered Army Green jacket and recieved a Brown jacket. After emailing I received reply offering me less than half the cost in credit for the site or refunded to my bank. I have contacted paypal to assist with full refund as they could not offer guarentee of sending the right coloured item. They are internet clothing selling pirates. I came here and see tons more one star reviews too, so more fool me. I sent another email asking for a full refund or to send the right item whilst I am waiting for paypal to hopefully help, in hope and recieved a similar generic cold hearted, poor customer service type email saying:Thanks for contacting us.Order id: 2474825091321We are very sorry but we can't offer any compensation or refund for your order.You may also coordinate this with PayPal regarding this matter.Please check also the resolution center- message from sellers, to resolve this case.Hoping for your kind understanding.Thank you and have a great day!.....An utter disgrace. I hope the Wayrates company is investigated and the owners and any sellers connected and selling to unwitting customers are taken to court and prosecuted for theft and false advertisement.
To all those interested in this scam company, do not buy anything from them since it is a scam. The photos are very pretty, but what you receive are items of very poor quality and the most curious thing is that they do not receive refunds when you return the items. They are scammers with understanding.
Received what was supposed to be a Carhart hoodie, firstly the logo wasn't straight and secondly the material was so light you could almost see through it. Really poor counterfeit clothing, avoid this company.......................Update on this matter, Wayrates have replied below to my issue. You would think reading it that they really were keen to help in fact they offered me either a credit note or a £8 refund!!! Considering i spent £36 on this order £8 refund shows how much they value their customers. Avoid this company at all costs, complete frauds.
Seen some other bad reviews and I ordered before looking at the other reviews but my items after 3 weeks still haven't arrived i am in the UK so I don't know when they will comeEdit: my clothes came two days later and are all very good condition size and exactly what I ordered
