The goods are counterfeit. And not particularly good attempts at looking genuine either! Awful quality. Not the same colour or design as shown in the photos used online. Company first refused refund. Then offered partial refund. I demanded a full refund. They still won't cover return shipping. They don't care about the online selling regulations. So taking it up with my payment provider Klarna. Suggest you avoid this "retailer".
Ordered several items. All counterfeit goods!! Appalling scam. Was offered £50 compensation by Wayrates. Have declined and instructed PayPal to persue full compensation. Unfortunately, this means sending items back to China at huge expense. Total waste of time and money. Don’t be fooled. These people know exactly what they’re doing. They know you won’t want to go to further expense returning their garbage. Buyer beware!

Avoid this company at all costs and report them if you’ve had a similar experience.I placed an order with Wayrates on June 13, 2025 (Order #2474825061327) and spent $129.74. From the very beginning, the experience was fraudulent and unacceptable:Their site promised a 10% “NEW customer” discount that was never honored, despite my immediate email request.The order confirmation said items would ship within 7 days. Instead, the product arrived 4 weeks later — far beyond the promised timeline, making it useless.When I contacted customer service, I was met with insulting “offers”: first $6, then $39 to keep the items. Their so-called return policy is deliberately difficult and misleading.I followed every instruction:Paid $21.05 out of pocket to return the items on 7/18/25.USPS confirms the package was delivered on 7/22/25 at 12:16 PM to their Santa Fe Springs, CA address.Their own policy says refunds are issued within 7–15 business days after receipt. Yet, today is 8/24/25 — more than a month later — and I still have no refund.Customer service has been dismissive and evasive, questioning the proof I provided and ignoring their obligations.
