Wrong Order no response for refund

Scam clothing company

Second review of Wayrates as they responded back through Trust pilot on my first one star review they suggested in a nice response that I contact their customer service email or phone number. So far I’ve sent four emails over four weeks and zero response or acknowledgment. Numerous phone calls with no answer. I would like to attach photos to this review to compare the advertised product with the reality. The quality the actual is unbelievably poor. Clearly they have no intention of refund or return.Standard replay. Copy and paste and what I now realise is that if they respond with this standard response the review writer risks having the review removed hence my further update to ensure this scam company remains exposed as a scam company.

Wayrates should be Waywrong, just saying

The item does not match the catalog picture. The faux leather sleeves are a cheap shiny vinyl. We have sent 3 requests through the website for a refund. No response. Conveniently, no PO box in the USA, only UK so the price to return will be more than the item. Please do not give this company one more dollar! I am so glad my husband didn't order all the things he was shopping for.
