Scam fraud

am extremely concerned with my recent order. After placing it, I reviewed more information about this company and realized it is not credible. I immediately emailed to request a refund since my order has not been shipped, but I have received no response at all.Because of the lack of communication, I will be moving forward with a dispute through my bank. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Please do not order from this company it’s one of the worst company’s I have ever bought from .I ordered two items from them took weeks to come then when they did looked nothing like what was on the site the joggers were a shiny material which my grandson would definitely not wear so tried to get a return request absolutely impossible the verification code every time I tried to contact them would not work the same with customer service Have emailed them 3 times in two weeks no reply am absolutely fuming so please do not waste your time and money

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. Jacket received was not as pictured or described. Made of cheap stretch material not suade. Customer services are responsive but basically refuse to refund you unless you pay the expensive return post costs to China, and they stick to this line even if you quote UK consumer rights laws or escalate to PayPal. They shouldn't be able to get away with what they do. Im sure they'll respond to this review apologising for the inconvenience and being very polite but they should not misrepresent the goods and then make a return difficult and the consumers cost and liability. Shame on them.

These are products being sold directly from China so any returns are expected to be sent back to China. Costly and impractical.

I’ve sent four(4) emails trying to begin a return/refund. No response to any of the emails. The jacket that was sent was a cheap amateurish carhartt counterfeit. No one would wear it in public.

Did not check reviews of seller until after I bought items. Tried to cancel order same day but didn't hear back until 2 weeks later with a stock reply and will contact you shortly...never did. However parcel arrived yesterday with wonderful Carhartt items and ordered more items today for my son.
