My husband placed an order and when it was received one of the items was incorrect, one item was too small and a third was just horrible material. He kept 2 items. I have contacted this company twice to initiate a return and have had no response whatsoever. I'm not that hopeful for a refund! 3/6/25 Edit: Just wanted to write an update to this original review. After not receiving a reply to two emails. I ended up opening a case via Paypal. Unsurprisingly I received a response that day. The total amount of the items I wished to return was around £70 and the company offered me less than half this amount - but I would not have to return the items. I declined. I asked for the full address to return to and was told that it could be expensive to return as it was China so they offered me a bit more of a refund and again I was able to keep the items. I declined and asked for the address for returns so I could ascertain the cost of the return. I was then offered around £65 refund - and keep the items. This I accepted as I really couldn't be bothered to go through the performance of sending the items back (the cost was around £17) The case with Paypal was subsequently closed. Worth noting that the Company have a banner on their website stating "30 day easy returns" This is obviously not the case. Also worth noting that I have given the items to a charity shop as I really did not want to keep them at all. What a wasteful way to do business.

I ordered some Carhart clothing, when arrived obviously fake. And didn’t fit. I asked to return items for refund. Asked by company why I want to return items, told them and heard nothing back. This company needs closing down. Update stock response from them and on trust pilot read bellow I did contact you read above and you have not responded.
I bought a pair of Carhart cargo pants. They took weeks to be delivered and when they arrived they did not look how they did in the picture. The material was really cheap. It was thin and stretchy and I do not believe they were genuine.I contacted them to complain and they offered me an £11 cash refund (the trousers were around £50) or I could return them and have a full refund. I returned them, retaining the proof of postage receipt from the post office. Weeks later, I had still not received my refund so I contacted Wayrates. They took a number of days to respond, eventually asking for the return number and a photo of the proof of postage. I sent both.We have now had a few more email interactions, with them taking days to respond each time. They are refusing to acknowledge the tracking number I have provided and say they cannot verify the tracking number on the proof of postage.The proof of postage is from the Royal Mail Post Office and is all I was given. I have used these proof of postage labels before with no problems.The trousers which I have returned, coupled with the return air mail postage with proof of postage has cost me around £70 and I have nothing.Wayrates are fobbing me off and it doesn't look like they will honour their return.It's a scam. Fake clothes, no refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
Purchased a fleece from Wayrates. They sent the wrong size and received late compared to delivery date given. Purchase was a gift therefore I had to buy another gift.Wayrates will not provide a full refund without me paying equire for postage. I am now left with a fleece that is the wrong size.Fleece was also sold as a brand name which it is not.Do not Purchase from this supplier.I have been in contact with customer services several times and I have nit had a satisfactory reply resulting in this review.
DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER!! If I could have rated this 0 stars I would have. Ordered a pair of trousers which arrived and looked nothing like the image. Awful quality and extremely small. I actually tried to cancel my order within 15 mins of ordering as when I paid and used PayPal, it added a £15 delivery charge on. I emailed to cancel and was told I wasn’t able to and I needed to let the order ship. Once the order arrived and I saw it and I was so shocked and upset. I’ve emailed and emailed and emailed with the odd reply asking me what’s wrong with the time.It’s been almost a month and I’m extremely fed up if I was able to report this seller to someone I would because I feel conned out of my money. The website looks fab, but I would AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
