I ordered a few items online, all of which were too small as the sizes run very small. I returned the items and only received a small partial credit. I have been emailing them for some time now, and they simply will not respond to the email. They do not provide an 800 or other number for customer support, and they refuse to respond to emails, so there are on options when items need to be returned. I have no choice but to do a chargeback with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
The size chart doesn't meet the reality. Measures under boobs 75cm exactly, over boobs 83-84 cm. According to their size chart in cm, I fit in 34AA. I have received bra for much smaller boobs then i have. I can bin it now. So upset. For got sake, when you do something, do it properly. Also the look of the bra is very cheap, doesn't look like bra for £66.
I used the Wear Pepper fit guide and placed my first order. The bra was a little too small - OK, I thought, maybe my measurements were off due to the ill fit I had used when measuring. So I placed a second order and corrected for the inch it seemed I was off... Second order didn't fit either although it was a size larger - In fact, it seemed to be even smaller then the first size - how is that possible? Contacted AI customer support to request a phone number so I could discuss the matter with a customer support staff - they don't have a customer support phone number, they only accept emails. Really? They expected to receive my phone number! They promised a discount if I gave them my email address - they got my email and I didn't get the discount. I am still trying to return the 2nd order for a refund - I am afraid I am not going to get a refund for my full order, although it states they will give ONE refund. (Not clear... One bra? One order?) I will not purchase anything else from wear pepper and I do not recommend this company due to it's inaccurate fit guide, poor customer service, and questionable return policies.
I visited their website for the first time and there was a pop-up that said “Enjoy 15% off your first order” followed by a place to enter my email address. I assumed that if I gave them my email I would get 15% off my first order (like most people probably would). I was interested and entered my email…THEN it said “Enjoy 15% off your first order WHEN YOU SIGN UP FOR TEXTS.”SCUMMY. This company introduces itself to me with an act of deception. Probably shouldn’t trust them with anything. Goodbye.
THE BEST BRAS I HAVE EVER TRIED!! Being a A/AA cup, I have struggled my whole life to find a good flattering bra that’s cute. I literally only owned 1 bra (and 2 bralettes) because everything else was either too big or uncomfortable. The pepper bras have been the biggest revelation of 2025, so grateful for this brand! Thank you for cattering to us small boob girls!! ❤️
I put in my order twice because the first time I clicked on "Buy now", it was not clear the order went through. When I went to Order History to cancel one of the orders, it would not let me. I tried it several times. When I emailed Customer Service, there was no response. An hour later when I clicked on 'Cancel' again, the website informed me that I missed the one-hour mark and my orders were processed.
If I could put negative 1 I would. I made an order to Pepper May 15th and it took 10 days to "arrive" which is reasonable I guess but when I went to check my mail which is locked only has key access there wasn't anything there or at my front door and I checked right away because I had been waiting for it. I gave it 24 hours to see if it would come up or if a neighbor got it in their box or something but nothing. I filled out a contact form in their website and followed up every day for 5 days and all I got was that someone would contact me. It has been 10 days and no one has contacted me. I have emailed them and even left comments on TikTok and nothing. It's starting to feel like a scamm and like I am not getting my money back or the damn bra that I needed for my wedding.
Thinking of buying a bra from this company? Don’t. I’ve emailed them FOUR times and not one single response. Not even an automated reply. The customer service is non-existent.After finally managing to get back on their website, I was shocked to see a £10 handling fee just to exchange / return an item. Are you serious?? Why should I pay extra when your team can’t even be bothered to reply to a single email?Save yourself the stress. There are plenty of other brands out there that respect their customers and actually provide support. This is an absolute joke.
