Felt quite disappointed...

I was denied a discount on my purchase just five minutes after ordering online. I realized a discount was available, which made me feel cheated. I will not order again. I paid extra for my items, including import duties and currency costs, which I accepted because the items seemed worth it. This was not my first order with the company, and I truly feel let down.

Beautiful wool shawl (poncho style) in Ocean Grey color. This is a gorgeous shade of grey and I’ve been wearing this everyday!! This is my third Aran Island shawl/poncho like this style. They go well over nearly every style of top, blouse, shirt, dress, etc. I wear this easily and comfortably over a cotton dress in my house and over layers to wear out somewhere in town. I sometimes wear this as an alternative to a coat or jacket. Beautifully crafted.
