The company need to be much more upfront about additional import fees for deliveries to the UK. EU import fees were required before I could receive my parcel in the UK. This wasn’t made explicit when ordering. There were several communications by text and email from DHL at Gatwick asking for payment which I assumed were a scam until an actual person from DHL rang me. I asked for the parcel to be returned to Weavers of Ireland who confirmed in a phone call that I would receive a refund minus the £11 shipping fees, however I am still waiting for this to be processed weeks later.
nothing on their site saying that delivery couldn't be made to a p o box. Had to deal with fedex to get my package re routed. finally got my hat which is very cute, however, a little on the flimsy side. thought it would be more substantial.
I ordered an Irish Flat Cap and a Wax Cap. The craftsmanship and quality is outstanding! The processing and shipping of the caps was fast! I love these caps so much I plan on buying more and other garments as well. Thank you so much!
