Support is super helpful. Initially it was so easy to fill out the information requested. And the approval response was very quick. Rx info and shipping info within 24 hours. When I called with a question, someone answered right away both times and was extremely helpful. Would recommend this company to anyone.
I placed a phone call to Wellmedr about my current order and customer service representative was extremely responsive to all of my questions while being polite and professional. I highly recommend this company,
ZERO customer service! Been emailing you for days.
1. They got my credit card number. Took my money;
2. They charged more than $149 a month although I went in under that offer.
3. I can’t sign into my account or obtain a password reset. Their sign in codes fail every time.
4. The bottles were all almost empty of solution. Probably 1/4 full if that.
5. And they won’t respond to my emails!
a) I’ve cancelled credit card so they can’t re-bill me.
b) I’m now posting to Trust Pilot;
c) and I’ll be filing complaints with the State of California and the FBI ECOMMERCE & WIRE FRAUD DEPARTMENTS.
It’s in their best interest to contact me via email or text immediately. So we can set up a convenient time to talk but I’d like a response in writing at this point.
Just read their response below. Some background I’ve been successfully in GLP-1 for 18 mos. I know what it looks like. I know my dosage. I know about vials and how it works. They actually contacted me finally. We haven’t spoken but our text exchange was encouraging.
This response just set it afire all over again. They are calling me a liar. That does it for me. Really appreciated the start of our resolution to this but this puts a big ugly bow on it doesn’t it? I’m so tired of these companies who never do anything wrong. They Maybe the vials leaked. Why would I make up repeated attempts to login? Why can’t I see my own payment method info? Why if I bought 3 mos at $149 was I charged $670? Isn’t $149 x 3 $450 ? I truly think the strategy is to blame the customer until they give up and go away. The got their money for sending what is less than 450 ml of solution. They move on to the next sucker!
As of today I did my second Semaglutide shot last week I started with Wellmedr. I'm happy to report that I have no side affects and my cravings well I have none. Also my appetite I have no appetite. Lost another 2 pounds and I feel great. I look forward to continuing my journey with Wellmedr. I also been doing 30 minute Zumba class videos.
I have been talking with Manny. He has been so polite and helpful. Any questions I have he answers and without seeming like he's rushed or put out. If you call and they are busy they will call you back. My medicine came quickly and I am very pleased. I would recommend this company to others, I believe you will be happy and content with them.
