They never answer submitted questions. I can’t find any evidence that their pharmacy, LogoRx is licensed in VT. I’ve tried to get in touch with them many times and no response. I feel uncomfortable taking a medicine from a pharmacy that i can’t find any indication is licensed in my state. Also the tirzepatide maintenance dose they have planned from me is 2.5 mg when the standard is a minimum of 5 mg. I am honestly staring to think that this company isn’t legit and i have requested a refund based on their 90 day “for any reason” refund guarantee. It will be interesting to see if I hear from them now. Very disappointed.

Well, let me start off by saying, I’ve been on Semiglutide with other companies, but the pricing caught my eye right away when I happen to come across Wellmedr and saw their deals. When I placed my order. Everything went smooth and it came right away packaged perfectly, and it was cold and everything. I had a couple of questions for them about something so I emailed them and to my surprise,they got back to me right away. I spoke with Manny and he wasreally hands-on and knowledgeable and made me feel like they really did care about me being a client. I’ve used other companies before, but so far this one has done the best job! So if you’re looking for a great deal and a great company to use, I would definitely check this company out.
After receiving my first shipment, I wasn't sure exactly how much I was too inject. I just had a little bit of trouble with the math of things. I'm not sure why, because I am in the medical field and I do this kind of thing everyday. Maybe because it was going to be used on myself. Anyway make a long story short, I reached out to the company for help. I left a brief voicemail with my telephone number, and quite frankly didn't think I would hear back at least for a day, if I did it all. Boy was I wrong! Manny called me back within 10 minutes! He was helpful, he was courteous, and I could tell he cared about me, even though he had never met me. He took the time to explain everything. Manny is stellar. I can only imagine how this industry has been growing in the last few months, and I'm sure Manny has lots of work to do, but he took time out of his busy day to make sure that I was totally happy and totally comfortable with the medicine. My experience with Wellmdr has been so easy.It’s been a little over a month and I have lost 10 pounds effortlessly. I am extremely happy! Every week I give myself a shot and the food noise disappears. If there are any questions I just call or email and they are really good about answering questions asap.
The only best experience that I had with was Manny he did his best to help me with login in opening the portal for profile. This started trying to get GLP1 on 3/6 still have not got my meds. MANNY advised me that the meds will be here today 3/18 I have my fingers crossed. I have talked to so many customer service and the only one that took the time and actually cared and that says a lot to me because I was getting ready to unsubscribe and get my $671 that I paid up front. So I just wanna say thank you Manny.
I have had excellent customer service from start to finish. Manny has been wonderful and so responsive to all my emails. Kait helped me get started and sign up and she was awesome as well. So far the customer service has been amazing and I should receive my meds in just a few days.
