Customer service wise they were great!! They answered all my questions and reassured me with any of the hesitations I might have had and expressed to them. I eager to see how this medications works out for me and remaining positive. But they were amazing to deal with quick with responses and sympathetic to anything I said.
I have had a great experience. I had a question, called , a person answered (yay!) I wasn’t put on hold, my question was answered and I was also given extra information that I probably would have had a little later. Very nice and professional, treated me like I was important and mattered.
Customer service is very attentive you cam email and they call you within the hour . Manny helped be when I called and emailed and then made sure to follow up with me about the dosage concern. Have no received the package yet as I juat ordered today but I just received a tracking number that its on the way!
This whole company is such a joke. I have had such a disappointing experience with them. They send you medication with very vague instructions and the app is so awful. It has nothing to do with your individual treatment plan. It's very hard to get a hold of anybody. They never answer the phone and it's just one person replying from a customer service email- and that's only about a fraction of the time that you try to contact them. I feel so very defeated for trying to get a good deal on GLP-1s after my insurance stopped covering them. I guess you really do get what you pay for.
