Review Time
I had previously given wellmedr a 1 star review. I spoke with a gentleman and he had explained why I had different packaging etc. He has gone above and beyond to make it right for us . I will continue with Wellmedr.due to the great customer service!
I received my package promptly. I had a few questions and called on a Saturday, thinking I would just leave the message and they would get back to me in normal business hours. However Manny with customer support called me back right away. He addressed all of the many questions I had. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I start my first injection on Monday. Can’t wait to see results. I highly recommend this company because of their follow through, no strings attached, and professionalism. Thank you Manny.
I am giving it five stars with one caveat. I'll let you know about in a moment. You have to trust the process in the beginning. You'll have a lot of questions download their app, look at their videos. That answers probably 99% of them. My shipment was timely, handled well, appropriately documented as far as prescriptions go and through the chat function on the app I was able to get a hold of someone. They respond in a couple of hours. It takes a little time for them to respond, but you're paying the lowest price on the internet. If you wanted someone there 24/7 answering the phones would all pay more so be patient. Trust the process .So far so good.
ZERO customer service! Been emailing you for days. 1. They got my credit card number. Took my money; 2. They charged more than $149 a month although I went in under that offer. 3. I can’t sign into my account or obtain a password reset. Their sign in codes fail every time.4. The bottles were all almost empty of solution. Probably 1/4 full if that. 5. And they won’t respond to my emails! a) I’ve cancelled credit card so they can’t re-bill me. b) I’m now posting to Trust Pilot; c) and I’ll be filing complaints with the State of California and the FBI ECOMMERCE & WIRE FRAUD DEPARTMENTS. It’s in their best interest to contact me via email or text immediately. So we can set up a convenient time to talk but I’d like a response in writing at this point. Just read their response below. Some background I’ve been successfully in GLP-1 for 18 mos. I know what it looks like. I know my dosage. I know about vials and how it works. They actually contacted me finally. We haven’t spoken but our text exchange was encouraging. This response just set it afire all over again. They are calling me a liar. That does it for me. Really appreciated the start of our resolution to this but this puts a big ugly bow on it doesn’t it? I’m so tired of these companies who never do anything wrong. They Maybe the vials leaked. Why would I make up repeated attempts to login? Why can’t I see my own payment method info? Why if I bought 3 mos at $149 was I charged $670? Isn’t $149 x 3 $450 ? I truly think the strategy is to blame the customer until they give up and go away. The got their money for sending what is less than 450 ml of solution. They move on to the next sucker!

I have done a LOT of research on the companies selling GLP-1 meds online after buying from another with a very poor experience. I hesitated and debated about buying from Wellmedr because they are new to the game and have minimal reviews. I decided to buy from them and so far my experience has been disappointing. The process was fast, meds shipped less than 2 days after I completed the questions. This is where things went sideways. First, I noticed that once I completed the purchase they overcharged me by $100. Let me say now that they do not respond to email or written questions through the patient support EVER! They do answer the phone when I call, but they have always had to check with a manager to get an answer on my inquiries, and despite always promising a call back, they won’t do that either. After two calls to customer service they did refund the $100. Then, my medication came very warm, and my order was incomplete. The meds shipped from Florida by two day Fed Ex. Florida is warm and I live in Arizona, where we are experiencing a historic heatwave. I was informed by customer service that the medication was stable and would be good to use, okay. But, I ordered a six month supply of meds and only received three months supply. Customer service informed me that they ship the rest of the order after three months. No where does it say this in the ordering process. Also, no other company that I know of takes your money up front for future shipments. I did not buy a subscription, and do not feel comfortable with them holding hundreds of dollars of my money for a future shipment. I have called numberous times to have the additional meds shipped to me. By mid last week they had informed me they would be shipping the rest of my order. I have yet to see my meds, and I have called several more time since. Not the best experience.
My experience with Wellmedr was good. FedEx was the problem, they took an extra day delivering it but the packaging was very good and still cool inside and the medicine was fine. Wellmedr was very compassionate & concerned and ask me to let them know as soon as I received it. They are a very professional company and prompt to answer your questions. I feel very confident they will take good care of me! Looking forward to this journey with them.
