Review Time
After a long drawn-out process, Wesley Financial Group was able to accomplish what we thought was impossible. Thank you to all the individuals who had a hand in the successful cancellation of our timeshare. Patience is key and I highly recommend their services. They are very passionate about their process and go to great lengths to achieve favorable results. I highly recommend that you use them to take care of your timeshare issues.
The people we contacted were friendly and very professional. Hillary was extremely attentive to our concerns and questions. Response to any inquiries were returned in a timely manner. We are glad we chose Wesley to help relieve the burden of the time share
Warning bells that I ignored.1- I was not quoted a price for WFG services until I had gone thru their “qualification” process and had been passed from my initial contact to another “specialist” then to the resolution “guru” who was to be my primary contact. When I made a verbal commitment to use WFG, I was quoted a price of $6,900 (which just happens to be my original purchase price for the timeshare property).2- I completed paperwork requested by WFG and forwarded to them. Some two weeks later, I received a draft letter and was asked to review it which I did and corrected two basic grammar mistakes. Basically they had taken what I provided to them and edited it into letter format. At this time I was told that it would be in my best interest if I did not reveal to the timeshare company that I was utilizing the service of WFG. (Bell # 2!) I mailed the letter to the timeshare company.3- Some 2 - 3 weeks later, WFG said an additional letter would be prepared to send asking the timeshare company for status. This was completed and mailed. One day after it was mailed, I received a letter from the timeshare company stating that they would cancel my contract if I would send them $1,500 for a processing fee. Obviously the timeshare company response and the second letter drafted by WFG had crossed in the mail.4- Naïve me then assumed that WFG would pay the fee and all would be over. Then I am contacted by WFG and asked if I wanted to settle or continue to pursue the matter. (Bell #3)5- End result, I paid WFG $6,900 to take my own words, rearrange them into readable sentences, create 2 draft letters, and then tell me that I should be happy that my contract obligation is over and they (WFG) will not be paying the $1,500 fee.6- Legally, I am sure WFG would be considered to have satisfied the terms of their contract. I believe that WFG is a worse schemer and scammer than the timeshare owners that they describe as perpetrators of “insanity”.
We are blissfully timeshare free!! We couldn't be happier with our team (Laurie Kopina and Jarriel McGhee), they were wonderful to work with and very responsive to all of our questions, concerns and needs that we had during the process! I highly recommend them and wish we had done this sooner!
Wesley Financial Group has helped us get out from under the Time Share Albatross that was hanging around our necks. Wesley's staff explained the steps that would be required to end our situation. They were right, endless phone calls from the Time Share Company. Unfortunately, when talking to the Time Share people they only wanted money and had no solution to resolve our desire to leave the time share. With Wesley Financials guidance we are able to divest ourselves from the burden of endless maintenance fees and mortgage payments for a property we can no longer use.
🚨 Warning: Stay FAR Away from Wesley Financial Group! 🚨This has been the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had! If you're considering working with them—think twice. We paid 100% upfront, expecting professionalism and transparency. Instead, we've been treated like just another number. We requested a log of communication between Wesley Financial Group and Travel & Leisure, as well as their communication with us. They flat-out refused to provide it!Even worse, when we received a settlement offer and promptly returned our signed agreement, they just let it sit on a pile with other offers, waiting to send them out in bulk. This delay is completely unacceptable! If you’re looking for honest and efficient service, this is NOT the company for you. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere!#WesleyFinancialGroup #TerribleCustomerService #TransparencyMatters #StayAway #TimeshareTroublesWesley Financial Group Review – Extremely DisappointedOur experience with Wesley Financial Group has been nothing short of frustrating. The customer service has been the worst I’ve ever encountered. I requested a log of their communication with my timeshare, which should be a basic level of transparency, but they outright refused to provide it.Additionally, I submitted our signed settlement, expecting it to be processed in a timely manner. Instead, it’s apparently sitting in a pile at their headquarters, waiting for bulk mailing—an absolutely unacceptable delay. Given the significant financial commitment we made, this level of service is beyond disappointing.I would strongly caution anyone considering Wesley Financial Group to think twice. Their lack of communication, unwillingness to provide updates, and inefficient processing make for a highly stressful and unsatisfactory experience.
Overrated service. In the process of eliminating the time share, I realized I could have contacted the time share company and paid $1000.00 and been done. Could have saved $6295.00 paid to Wesley Finance. WFG was very professional in all communications, however, I feel they are overrated for the service provided.
