Review Time
Contacted Wesley about a timeshare we'd like to exit after we use it the last time in August which we already booked. We were clear on this with their 'qualification specialist' Jeremy E. who still urged us to meet with a VP to get some information and ballpark on costs, instead of waiting until after August. We were bombarded with literature and emails and follow ups and texts and phone calls. We scheduled the VP call and before we even started discussing anything, when the VP found out we would not be canceling our August trip and signing up with him that day, he refused to provide any further info and abruptly ended the call. It was somewhat disturbing that Jeremy did not listen, or respect our time OR their VP's time by pushing a call that we obviously weren't ready for timeline-wise. After this, Wesley went dark. I sent an email to Jeremy wondering how this happened and expressing some concerns. He waited days to follow up and then I received a generic reply that did not address anything in my email ("sorry we could not help you out of your timeshare at this time"). I followed up to that to reiterate my concerns looking for him to address the specifics with our situation...and since then, no reply at all. A *very* big difference from the contact-bombing that was happening beforehand. I was urged numerous times to watch their "Timeshare Warrior" video before our VP call which I did. While we still intend to work with a company to exit our timeshare after August, the experience we've had with Wesley so far has left some doubt about the kind of support and follow up that we'd actually get if we paid for the service. And this is not the kind of customer experience touted in their literature and their "Timeshare Warrior" video and what Jeremy himself told me we could expect. A big disappointment overall.
Our experience with Wesley Financial is good so far. They listened to our story and were very supportive. Not knowing what to expect from Wesley Financial, other than taking our money, is up for debate. They call from time to time, and send emails asking about the progress of things. They have done very little other than coaching us on what to ask the time share company on the progress of our situation. Again, not knowing what to expect from them is annoying. Will Wesley Financial come in like the cavalry and save the day! Don't know! They don't tell us what role they have played in this other than being an absentee guide.
Wesley Financial was there for my husband and I from the very beginning. We told them what happened and not only did they listen to us, they took care of it for us where I will not continue with headaches and having problems sleeping well. I will now be able to sit down with our bills and will not be stressing out in paying our bills. Thank-you all of you that helped us.From,Jackie and Chuck Clemens
We had a great experience with the Westley group. Within 3 months we were out of our timeshare. You do have to do some work but they are guiding you the whole time. Everyone was very nice. We wish we had contacted them years ago.
We were scammed by another 'exit company' so we were very leery talking to Wesley. Everything about our experience with Wesley was different from day 1. The verbiage on all the contracts was different, they reached out often (and always when they said they would), and worked tirelessly on our behalf. It was a lengthy process for us (our timeshare was very difficult to connect with and very slow to reply), but it doesn't stop the team at Wesley from continuing to pursue the exit for us. Highly recommend working with Wesley Financial for all your exit needs!!
I really liked my representative, however I did Not get out of my timeshare free and clear. I sent about 500 letters and notices in all to the BBB and Attorneys General, but no help was given. I really believed they would complete the task for me, but in the end, after 3 years, I am getting a refund from them, not a total refund as Mr. McDowell states in his commercials, but I had to pay the timeshare over $40,000. It was my stupid fault for getting involved with a timeshare to begin with, but never again.
We thoroughly researched companies that could help with our financial concerns involving our Time Share. We found Wesley Financial Group & VP Brendan Dowie. They are 100% The Best of The Best. Trustworthiness, Care, Honesty, Financial Competence, Pride in what they say and do, #of years in business & kindness. Those all matter to us. We were nervous prior to the start of our process with VP Brendan Dowie. Within seconds he eased our concerns! He is incredibly smart, patient, professional, skilled, knowledgeable, and a true Master at what he does. Grateful for having VP Brendan Dowie guiding us through this process. Thank You Wesley Financial Group for having Brendan and an outstanding group of fine people working for you... Best always, Dominick & Jeannette :)
My daughter and I went to Las Vegas early 2024 to see the sights and meet with a friend. While walking through our hotel we received an offer to see a show if we sat through a quick presentation about timeshares. We thought, sure, why not. The presentation was wonderful, the speaker very engaging providing highlights of vacations with family and ability to stay anywhere in the country. The next 2 hours were a complete blur of high pressure sales and we did not have the ability to say no or ask for a minute. In hindsight, a mother daughter trip and solid sales pitch, we were sitting ducks. By the time we got home I read the sales agreement provided on a thumb drive and due to travel we missed out on the cancel period. I heard the Wesley Financial commercial and called them. The staff was very nice, provided all information up front including the expectation to wait, it doesn’t happen overnight. Each month we made our timeshare payment, close to $650 as we didn’t want to be in default and received updates as they came. By the end of the year we received the great news of the results. We were out free and clear. The amount of stress, money and worry vanished, we were so thankful to be out from under the contract, fees and misinformation of the timeshare. Many thanks Wesley Financial! Dena from Washington
ALMOST got scammed… but God willing protected me. I received the contract to sign got the loan from bank approved to proceed $6,995. Went over contract and sooo many RED FLAGS! Called and spoke to rep he reassured me it was not a scam. I let him know I needed more time to review and THANK THE Lord I did! I called our timeshare Bluegreen and explained my situation and they transferred me to a exit department 1-833-638-3948 (Bluegreen) and they gave me three options: 1. you can try selling your timeshare, which we know we can’t give our timeshares away.2. go through their company, which was Pinnacle for Bluegreen and they will try to sell it on their website and you have to pay a fee which I did and of course it did not sell.3. it’s called a RELIEF PROGRAM. You have to pay 18 months of maintenance fees so mine was $1664.10 and I am out of the contract!!!!! I no longer am an owner of this nightmare timeshare. People it took me less then 10min on the phone. And received the signed exit contract 2wks later! This company was gonna charge me $6995 to do absolutely nothing. But write a letter and ask if I can terminate the contract. While I’m paying monthly maintenance fees till they resolve settlement.I am so sick inside of how this world is. I really felt good with these people but guys this is another scam just like a Timeshare and I am so saddened by this. I know that God knows who these people are and don’t waste your time watching their video at the beginning explaining how he sold timeshares and he felt they were taking ADVANTAGE of people so that’s why he started this group to do the SAME thing to people! Justice will be served when there time on earth is up.
