Steer clear....

I was assured by this company that my timeshare cancellation would be completed within one year. Did that happen? No, it did not. I do not fault my Wesley contacts. I know they were only doing what they were trained to do. But I ended up with a foreclosure instead of a cancellation of my timeshare as promised.

It really worked...but at a cost!

Wesley financial successfully helped us get rid of 2 timeshares. It was expensive and we got no discount for the 2nd one even though they were both with the same company. Had I known that we would be doing all of the legwork, I would only have signed up for (and PAID for) one of the timeshares. I could have just used their same strategy for the 2nd one.

We went with WFG after hearing their ad…

We went with WFG after hearing their ad on the radio. We had been lied to over and over again by our timeshare company regarding our contracts and maintenance fees. Hearing that ad changed everything and gave us hope that our situation could actually be resolved. We were told it could take 3 years to cancel our three timeshare contracts but we were pleasantly surprised when the whole process was completed in half that time. They kept us appraised of progress and answered any questions we had quickly and thoroughly. The only work we had to do was to provide copies of the timeshare documents to WFG and they took it from there. We could not be happier with the result. Although not a cheap process, our savings will far exceed the cost in the long term. Thank You WFG!

We Found The Pot Of Gold At the End Of the Rainbow!inding Wesley Financial Group was like…

Finding Wesley Financial Group was like finding that elusive pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! Are you wanting financial freedom and out from under those Time Share ever-increasing maintenance fees? Then look no further than Wesley Group. Yes, we were skeptical at first thinking SOMEBODY could REALLY free us from a Time Share without some gimmick involved. Wesley is the REAL DEAL. We've been Time Share free long enough now to recoup the fee they charge to do their magic and to relieve you of your forever increasing maintenance fees. In the beginning there IS a TON of paper work involved on your part but Wesley is there to cheer you on and assist you. Their communication with you during the process is top notch. After you send in your Time Share owners' documents/deeds etc Wesley takes care of everything else. If you think their ONE TIME fee is steep...do the math...how long will it take you to recoup their service fee vs paying those maintenance fees for life, death and beyond...(remember some Time Shares are passed on to your kids after your death...)Try Wesley Financial Group and I guarantee you'll be happy! The only person in our family that misses our Time Share is our son...he'd take his friends to our Hilton Time Share places and pretend he owned the joint! Ha ha ha.

To be honest I was ready to ask for my money back.I had either 7 or 8 different case workers assigned to my case at different times, it seems as if they would just get started then another person would take over. It was like restarting at the beginning every time or the info one case worker had would get mixed up with someone else's case.In August of last year I was really getting frustrated until Erica Yarbrough took my case. She sounded different than the others, she acted like she cared, she even sounded like she reviewed my case before our first contact. Erica took my case in late August last year and we finally got it resolved the 19th of this month less than a year. I feel this whole thing would have only taken a year if she would have been on it all along.11/21/2020 to 07/19/2024Wesley Financial Group you need to give Erica a big raise. She does fantastic work. Thanks Erica

The best company to help in leaving your timeshare.

Our representative (Maria Gaines) was very helpful in assisting us in exiting our timeshare with Wyndham. We were very unhappy with Wyndham who refused to even take our calls and ignored our letters. The Wesley Financial Group and Maria Gaines are simply the best and have our personal thanks and our highest recommendations.

It took 14 months... goodbye timeshare

It took 14 months, but with the guidance from Cassandra Monroe, a Transition Specialist of Wesley Financial Group, I’ve finally been released from my timeshare contract. Cassandra provided exceptional guidance and instructions every step of the way. She didn’t get discouraged when the timeshare company was persistence about denying my numerous requests to cancel the contract. I have to admit, after about 12 months I was pessimistic about getting the contract cancelled. I was at the point thinking there’s nothing else we can do to change the outcome. Then one day I got a call from the timeshare representative and he said they’d cancel my contract for a nominal fee. If it weren’t for Cassandra I would have given up. After 14 months I’m very satisfied with the results and would recommend WFG if you’re looking to cancel your timeshare contract. Just understand it can take a fairly long time.
