WFS saved us

WFS personal are very professional throughout our experience. My wife and I were foolish years ago and ended up buying 3 different timeshare. Long story short, our health got bad along with our finances, it took almost 3 years to get rid of all of them. We couldn't be happier to finally be free of these money pits. Thank you again to everyone at WFS.

I paid a lot of money for this company.Nine thousand dollars had horrible customer service Didn't keep their word never called me when they should have, My diamond resort had closed way before. I started with these people which I had no idea. They just sent me a letter stating it was in foreclosure. I told the representative several times about it. Didn't do any research on it. Just kept saying things to keep me pacified. When I found out it was closed. Before I started, they refused to give me a full refund. They took more than half. Didn't care how bad customer service was to me. I will never use them again. Or recommend this company to anybody overpriced.

Bittersweet experience

Was a costly process but works out in the long run vs keeping the timeshare. It appears they charge a minimum but it is also based on how much you owe the timeshare. I paid more than others that I've seen in reviews and comments. The more you owe the more you pay. The process took longer than advertised online, it took us over a year and a half. We felt that the beginning was a lot of send this email and wait, then repeat. We were hearing from them once a month and that's because we initiated most of the time. About a year into it they changed their process and had a department dedicated to doing everything that didn't involve a lot of us sending useless emails and getting calls from outside companies inquiring. This process was better but they were still bad at keeping clients up to date on where they are in process. In the end we actually found out that our contract with the timeshare was canceled because we could no longer log into the website. Wesley Financal contacted us weeks later to inform us. Now that it is over we are extremely thankful to be out of the timeshare.

Not completely satisfied

The experience started out just as they said it would. However, the process ground to a halt. I believe if I had not stayed on them I would still be waiting and paying dues, which I believe should have been refunded. I was told that the time share company had lost the paperwork showing cancelation that should have occurred in Aug/23 and was finally resolved April/24. No refund on 9 months of dues I paid.

True relief

Ok I was gobsmacked when the true nature of our time share was exposed to me. Wesley was able to extricate us from this. What really put me in that tailspin was the realization that when I die my daughters would inherit the debt and they would be stuck with the annual maintenance fee… forever. My real solace is that all the pain these people have inflicted on others will be repaid in full when the people involved in this endeavor finally pass. What we paid Wesley was a pittance when compared to even one annual maintenance bill.

The word SCAM is not strong enough

I contacted Wesley Financial Group in November 2023 and began the process of cancelling my Wyndham timeshare that I had successfully used for about 10 years. I was charged $6,000 by Wesley only to find out by Wyndham that they cancel their timeshares for free and have done so for years. Wyndham simply needed a phone call and they handle all the legal fees without charge. Wesley knows this, yet they tied up my Wyndham account and refused to refund my money! I wish I had seen the countless complaints about Wesley in the Better Business Bureau and filings through Attorneys General of various states! There are countless complaints about this dishonest company!

Wesley Financial Group, Rocks!!!!

My relationship with Wesley Financial Group was such an awesome experience. The intro videos were well done and informative. Expectations were clearly explained. Moreover, my Resolution Specialist, Leah M made the experience even more bearable. Her professionalism and communication skills were top-notch. She guided my wife and I throughout the whole process. She made it worthy all of the effort. Overall, Leah M and the Staff represented the Wesley Financial Group very well. My wife and I very happy with the final result. Again, thank you Leah for all of your efforts.
