I had ordered something around August of last year and have gotten nothing as well as no reply when sending emails. Just recently trying to send another one to their support link ended up in getting a message about address not being found.

Lies lies lies. Scam. Doesn’t respond to emails until multiple multiple emails are sent. Then it’s short and sweet with an excuse. Can’t give a tracking number. Shopping is delayed because of Covid. Shipping delayed because of international differences. Blah blah blah. Do not trust them at all.
I orded 3 covers from them in March and still have yet to receive them and it's now September. I initaed contact first around April when the order never arrived and I had asked about an estimated shipping time. They said that it may be delayed due to covid (2025 now) but I still decided to wait. I reached out again in May and I got the same response, but I gave them benefit of the doubt and decided to wait a little longer. Now in June, I asked if I could just get credit (not refund) and reorder it to which their reply was they will reship it out within 5 business days because previous one was lost in mail. I reached out about the estimated delivery of the item again in August, but this time nobody answered my emails anymore. They have charged me for the order, but failed to actually deliver the product. They take forever to reply to emails if they end yp repling at all. Spend your money elsewhere because they are not trustworthy to do business with.
Would NOT recommend!!! I order two card covers and both came out pixilated and with bubbles on them. When I sent them an email letting them know that I was unhappy with the quality and that I would like a refund, it took them multiple days to respond and they basically sent out a generic emailing stating that " ...we are not responsible for the quality of the images provided by the customer." They offered to redo them but at that point I was able to get the covers elsewhere that were much better quality and I just wanted a refund. Both pictures I submitted by the way were high resolution and had no bubbles in them. I sent them another email that had the pictures I wanted as proof and again asked for a refund. But they literally sent back the same generic email and still no refund. Not sure why they would offer money back guarantees if they don't back up their claims.
