Review Time
I'm absolutely fed up of receiving emails saying I owe £1.99 for an order i haven't recieved because I cancelled it I've emailed them numerous times telling them this but it just seems to go over there heads sick of it is wouldn't mind if id recieved the item and then tried signing me up for a subscription
A debt I don't owe. This company turned down my orders for free coins just postage for both myself and my partner because they claim we owe money from years ago, I asked for proof of debt, for what orders, when and they say they dont have any proof but demanded payments into the hundreds. I kept asking for proof, for what goods and when so i could see if its genuine, but no nothing, just refused to provide proof but demanded money and no proof, be aware, seems its a plan to claw money out of people for no goods received with no proof of anything, very disappointing and ruined our enjoyment of collecting coins.
Absolute disgrace. I got a free coin from the Titanic collection, just pay the postage. At around 8pm this evening £31.98 came out of my bank account for a subscription I didn’t even know I’d signed up for. Even better the said coin hasn’t even been dispatched, so I’m paying for something I don’t want and I haven’t even got. I am an idiot because this has happened before but I honestly thought I’d unsubscribed. Obviously not!!! Stay away from this company. They know exactly what they are doing!
Customer service was amazing butOn buying one coin both mum and I were signed up to a subscription that we weren’t aware of Now we have the hassle of returning unwanted coins and attempting a refund Updated after reply from Westminster collection I’ve looked at a number of reviews on many sites and there are many reviews the same as mine going back a number of years which is what prompted me to write a review in the first place
I was really apprehensive about placing another order because I owed money, but once id paid what was owed nothing was to much trouble, customer service was really good kind and helpful And look forward to receiving my order .
