I have started collecting about D-day. After that, it looks like I am in a trap. Constantly, I had phone calls with offers. I reported that I don't want any contact from the company. They continued phoning up to I said, I will report it to some organisation. After this, they removed me from "marketing". Once they hadn't sent me a coin, and after the email, they sent me a replacement. It looks like now my collection should be full, finished, but one coin is missing again. When I paid for all ( by DD) have to contact them again. Meantime, they have sent me the first coin from another collection (Battle of Britain), which I NEVER ORDERED OR HAVE BEEN INTERESTED IN. For me, it is a scam and should be reported to the police or other institutions.As well, they raised the price for a subscription to 4 deliveries before the end. For me, it is a dodge method to force you to pay more. Coins are ok quality, shipping packade is good quality, but rest... they lost me but they can approve for future customers.
Definitely a con. I tried to cancel many time but they will not except cancellation. Cancel payment and they reinstated the card and blocked my way to cancel the card. They have taken £28 and £22 for no reason. Will not let you cancel. Your not listening I have been in touch with customer team that block me trying to close my account,orders I have not made and subscribtion . Con people.
…SCAM…beware they will take money from your account under the premise you signed up to a subscription or purchased something else.The only reason they have good reviews is because the customers have not noticed money gone from their bank accounts.How despicable they are using our fallen war hero’s to scam you out of your money.I will be contacting trading standards
Don't fall into the trap!I ordered a couple of cheap coins/pins and thought that was that.I didn't see any mention of a subscription ANYWHERE on my order, yet a month later I'm charged £29 for something I didn't order (Beaufighter Gunbus Hastings LANCA).I did find on their website that there is in fact a subscription that I had no idea they had signed me up for and have now cancelled this.They obviously make this difficult to find when you first make an order with them and they clearly hope you do not notice.This is a disgusting practice and should NOT be allowed in 2025...I now have to get a refund from these underhand con men and will file a formal complaint with trading standards for their practices.I advise everyone else to do the same.They reply to EVERY review about this stating they make it clear it's part of a subscription.They obviously do NOT!It should be part of the checkout page/included in the basket under the items you order and they KNOW this is where it should be (many other companies put it in the basked to make it obvious, these people do NOT).They must intentionally put it in the fine print somewhere that is not obvious to look at.They know this, do not believe their pathetic excuses, they know exactly what they are doing and will continue to do so under trading standards force their hand.I will not count on them refunding me quickly (there are also lots of complaints about that) so instead I will be contacting my bank about the unauthorised purchase and will be getting my money back that way.Do yourself a favour and stay well away from them, they will only cause you a headache.To the member of TWC staff that will likely reply to this review.You know your company should NOT operate they way they do, I will not accept your insincere apology, do not bother.
If I could leave 0 stars I would.Bought a pin badge. A month later £28 goes out of my account. I did not sign up to ANYTHING. Go onto the account and they have automatically put my card details to keep charging(disgusting) . Cancelled the subscription that I hadn't entered into, they clearly know this is a problem firstly from the number of responses they have put on here and second because one of the drop down boxes when stating why you are cancelling is "entered into subscription without knowing" that's clearly accepting culpability. I am disgusted that they would take that amount of money knowing they are obtaining be unscrupulous means.
