I feel completely misled by Westminster Collection. I responded to an advert that simply said “just pay P&P,” which I assumed was the same kind of free offer I’ve had from other companies like Gruum or Red Carpet Jewellers. Nowhere was it made clear that this was actually a subscription. Without my knowledge, they signed me up and took the first installment of £22.98. To make matters worse, they have refused to answer my emails, have not refunded me, and have left me out of pocket without any explanation. This practice feels deliberately opaque and frankly quite nefarious. I would strongly caution others to read the fine print very carefully before engaging with Westminster Collection. My next steps are to contact Trading Standards through my local council and escalate the matter to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), who regulate unfair trading practices.
I got a note that you got £22.98 from my debit card. I didn't buy anything again on your website.I had a £4.49 order, and it was settled on 11 November. Why is The Westminster Collection charging £22.98 to my debit card when I had not made any order?I contacted the Customer Service, and I am waiting for their reply.
missleading scam avoid useing them at all costs very quick to grab your card details slow to post what you order but very quick to send you junk you didnt want and chage you £30. bank flags it as frurd so they send things then demand payment very backwards way of doing things. avoid
