Great range of whisky. Each one being a suprise but you can also look into what is coming in the next month. And if it's not to your taste you can pause it until one you like the sound of appears.I have had to cancel my subscription for now due to health reasons, but once I'm fighting fit again I will 100% be reactivating my subscription. Also a thanks to Nicholas for his excellent customer service
Steven was great. Rung up to cancel but then he mentioned my new subscription was actually a 2 part subscription so the next month was 50% off. Wasn't pushy in the slightest, said I can cancel if I still wanted or cancel after the next month. Usually when you ring up to cancel they are offering you everything to stay, which I hate. Good job Steven
While Steven was new to his role, he was personable, witty and convinced me to keep my subscription going. The whiskey was bought for my husband so I can't comment on the quality as I haven't given it to him yet. The only think I wish was the delivery box wasn't so obvious as it's a gift.
