It worked.

Patrick, the agent, helped me through the install process. I had a difficult time installing office in my mac but he did a great job in helping me. I was having doubts about the product key but it was authentic. The price of the product is a bargain.

Legit and great customer service

I was very skeptical when I found the site. Skeptical enough that I recorded with OBS the entire purchase and attempts to activate (Office 2021 Pro Plus). At first I did not get the key to work, so I contacted support. 'Patrick' explained that as a 'bind' key I need to add it to my MS account first, that it coulnd't just be entered in the activate section of Office. So I did, and behold, the key worked! Instant delivery, support was helpful and friendly, and the key works for a fraction the price of 'retail'. Almost certainly picking up a Server license next, wouldn't hesitate to order from again.
