She was amazing through the whole process, quick to respond and there to answer any questions no matter how small they seemed. they are in no way helpful for anything, always having to chase them but as soon as they need payment they are all on your back even though they don't do the service correctly or even try to help you. feel like they are just Robots reading from a script instead of trying to understand your needs.AVOID AVOID AVOID
