Highly recommend Wilford Smith conveyancing team

Wilford Smith conveyancing team have been excellent from start to finish and I have hesitation in recommending them in the future. We had an unpleasant initial experience with the estate agents who seem to tell people what they want to hear but Victoria Davis stepped in, clarified the true position of the vendors and was on the ball throughout the whole transaction. Always happy to get on a call and discuss options with me. Our client care manager Lisa was always quick to respond to our calls and emails and was on hand throughout the process offering guidance. Solicitors get a hard time from estate agents but you should think carefully who is acting in your best interests. We know Wilford Smith did the work promised.
